I've been living under a rock. Been living out this way for over 7 years and never went to Bearfoot Cafe until tonight. And wouldn't you know it, I should have gone much sooner. I was so pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful experience on my first visit. Staff: amazing! On it, friendly, drink refills-yes! Answered questions. All around no complaints whatsoever, she has a great attitude. Food -selection was awesome, somewhat overwhelming when it comes time to choose, but that's a good problem to have. I could see myself going back many times to try something new. Food arrived quickly. I loved that they actually brought out the salad much before main dish as I actually had time to enjoy it. Everything was well cooked and tasty! Had the regular burger/sweet potato fries, monte Cristo with fries, and a bacon platter with sunny side up eggs. All great! The establishment itself was comfy, relaxing and just a great experience overall. Will definitely be back! Thanks Barefoot Cafe for a great meal and experience!

SO SO over-rated. I love catfish and tried theirs; way too salty and crusty. Best catfish in area is the Dinner at the low water bridge in Park Hills. Wonderfu, better than Catfish Kettle too. Restaurant is ran by idiots. Poor customer service, food is subpar and although I don't go into the place, it feels like a sespool. Nothing worse than cold food when its supposed to be hot of the grill. But thats what I got. Soup was cold. Salisbury steak was good. The country fried steak was cold the veggies were cold the mashed potatoes were cold. No reason to go back there. No one came back for refills.
