Update: Came again while visiting the outlets and after the same good service plus even better food bumping up to 5 stars! The Thai Masaman Curry is definitely one of the best curries I've had. 😋 Stopped by for dinner after a visit to the outlets and very glad we did!! Service was swift and welcoming and the restaurant had a very soothing atmosphere. Food was about average for Thai I've had, but it was well priced and spiced. Had the Chicken Gyoza, Chicken Broccoli, Drunken Noodle, and Thai Iced Coffee and all were good. Would go back on another trip to Castle Rock! My food was fresh and very good! My tofu pad Thai was delicious. I liked my spring rolls. The mango sticky rice was also good. The one thing I would have changed would have been where I sat. People kept parking their cars in front of the restaurant and leaving their bright-as-hell LED lights on. So I was blinded every.single.time. when this happened. Otherwise it was great! No idea why this place isn't at least 4.5 stars. I did a takeout order and placed the order at the restaurant (was going to go somewhere else and glad I didn't!). Had the chicken pad thai and the temp of the food was hot and so delicious. Highly, highly recommend this place! Sorry, ate all the food before I had a chance to take any pics. Decent Thai food with pleasant ambience. Ordered chicken Tom yum soup, tofu basil fried rice and sticky rice with mango. I felt chicken wasn’t great but the tofu fried rice was flavorful. I was upset with mango sticky rice, it wasn’t sweet as expected and mango wasn’t ripe enough to be served. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Stopped by here around 3:30 for lunch after hiking in Castlewood Canyon State Park. Their menu is vegetarian friendly. I ordered the vermicelli noodles with medium+ spice level. It was delicious! I couldn’t stop eating! 🙂 Their Thai iced tea was yummy too!! My friend ordered one of the curries with mild spice and though he liked the dish, he found it a little spicy. So, choose your spice-levels wisely!! The restaurant is in a strip mall kinda place and there is plenty of parking spots! The staff were nice and attentive! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

We ordered through door dash and apparently they don’t use that so some third part picked up our order and hour and 15 minutes later. Food arrived cold. We also ordered medium heat. We understand thai heat and can tolerate a bit of spice. This was so hot we couldn’t even eat it. The flavor was amazing but the heat was awful. Probably won’t order again. Ordered for a togo. Thai Red Curry and Fried rice were delicious with a good flavor, Drunken noodles, pad thai and crab wontons are good. Chicken satay is ok. Price is ok for the quantity served. Overall, i would definitely recommend to try this restaurant once.

It has been awhile since I have been to Beau Thai II. The restaurant is inviting, the menu has great Thai options. I ordered several appetizers, including Chicken Satay, Egg Rolls & Golden Fried Shrimp. The girls ordered Pork Pad Thai and Shrimp Thai Soup. The service is friendly, prompt and helpful. Our food came out quickly, hot and looked great. The meal was very good, nice spice level and flavorful. If you are looking for a casual meal, I would recommend checking out Beau Thai II.
