We ordered take out and when the manager confirmed our take out order he realized it was incorrect. He offered the items which were ready now for free along with free drinks while we waited for the correct order. It was a kind and considerate offer which we accepted with gratitude. I hate watching perfectly good food being wasted without being offered to the customer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food! One of my favorite gourmet pizza places to go to. I recommend their Pride and Meateater pizzas and their Italian grinder. Also, their large pizzas are like an extra large, and they are not skimpy on the toppings. I've always had a good experience here, and the customer service is great! Worth every penny! I have frequented this restaurant since the mid 1990's. It was Mancino's back then. The name change, made no change to the excellent food and service. Looking back through the many years and many times I have eaten at ths location or from this location, I cannot remember ever having had a bad dining experience at this location. The Grinder sandwiches and fries are my favorites. They also offer great pizzas and tasty pasta selections as well. My favorite service feature is that you can make your sit down over the phone ahead of your arrival to reduce the waiting time. I don't know of any other eatery in the area that practices this. Such a great option for folks on their lunch breaks that want a sit down meal. If you've never been. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. The pizza isn’t half bad, however, no matter the time of day, if I try to call and order a pizza overt the phone, either no one answers or it says “busy” and hangs up. I’d like to just show up after a given time rather than drive there and stand around for 30-40 mins inside the restaurant. LOVE THE PIZZA!! Amazing! Best around by far! Delicious! The only complaint we have, unusual, is how they sliced the pizza. So Inconvenient. Next time we will just do it ourselves.

I waited for my food over 40 minutes for anyone wondering how long it may take going in and ordering, I work at a restaurant so I’m not really complaining about that because I can kind of make out why. However, the young guy who took my order was really nice and the customer service from him was great! So you only get 2 stars because he was awesome and has great customer service! 3 stars for the pizza because even though it wasn’t cut and half of every slice fell down after I picked it up it was kinda good. When I got my food it was fresh, but the cheese was spilled over in the box and it was not cut, luckily I have a pizza cutter at home. I also said thank you twice, and got no response, but anyway. The cheese on the pizza was a lovely amount, with that amount I would love more thickness from the pizza itself, seems like the crust was the most bread I had. Overall, I feel as if their food is delicious, smells and looks great, first time there btw! I don’t know if I’d come back because they might not cut my pizza again. Thank you again anyway.
