I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and have been in the industry for 24 years. I have known the Owner of David's Biscotti for a long time now and have observed his culinary intergrity and attention to detail; his product reflects this. He learned many of his skills from a very well known local artisanal baker.

Love all the different flavors! My favorite that I’ve tried so far is lemon cranberry pistachio. Pleeease don’t stop making this flavor!

Very delicious biscotti. I enjoy eating it plain or dipped in coffee.
