Indian cuisine is to the pleasure of all guests here. At this restaurant, clients may order perfectly cooked cheese naans, lamb curry and chicken tikka. Good yogurt, mango pudding and gulab jamun can be what you need. Delicious wine or good beer are worth a try here. Get your meal started with great mango lassi or delicious coffee. The warm atmosphere of Best of India makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. If you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is patient at this place. Prompt service is something guests agree upon here. You are to be pleasantly impressed with adequate prices at this spot. Also, the decor is cute. Amazing experience great staff, owner so friendly and food really good if you’re not into spicy food 🍱 ask for mild! Medium was too spicy for me! Delicious garlic bread! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
We usually don’t eat Indian food outside (as we usually don’t like most of them) but this was a last min dinner spot for us after a busy day, went there for the first time but found it to be good. We ordered their chilly garlic naan, plain naan and Kashmiri naan. Although kashmiri naan wasn’t authentic but decent. Madras chicken curry was delicious and malai kofta’s gravy hit a spot. Service is good, we went on a Sat for dinner around 7.30 and it was not very busy. They do take outs too. Wait staff was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Gave a great recommendation of the Madras curry chicken, and was able to identify the right spice level for me. Also ordered my usual of chicken Tikka masala, which was the perfect spice level when ordered "hot," might even try "Indian hot" next time. Garlic naan was some of the best I have had in town, very fresh and lots of garlic. Prices were very reasonable with good portions, which isn't the case these days with Minneapolis Indian restaurants with the higher minimum wage requirement. Could tell the chef takes pride in the food, worth the short drive away from the city to get a better overall experience. Mango lassi was top notch as well! Will definitely be back! This was my first brush with Indian food and I'm impressed enough to try it again, however I was not impressed with the cooking of the lamb in my tikka masala. The flavor was fantastic and the spice level was perfect, but the lamb was exceptionally tough. It was impossible to take a bite from without simply pulling the lamb off the Naan or attempting to cut with a knife. I say attempting because it was literally too tough to cut without feeling like I'm going to break the plate or bend the knife. The cook on the lamb was so bad I'd normally rate a meal like this a 1 or 2 out of 5 but the flavor was so good it saves an otherwise poor meal. Our waitress was VERY polite and attentive and I was never worried about my face melting off due to a lack of water. If I'm in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to give Best of India another shot but might shy away from the lamb option. Indian is our favorite meal so when we recently moved to the area we were excited to try the nearest option. We came for dinner and arrived 1hr30 min before closing. There were two tables just leaving as we arrived, making us the only people in the restaurant. There was no music on, making it eerily quiet for our entire meal. Appetizers were fantastic and I can't rave enough about the accompanying chutneys/sauces. Best by far that we've tried across many cities. We were also impressed by tandoori - exceptionally flavored and not dry at all like many places. The curries were decent, but heavier on the oil than i prefer. Servers were extremely friendly and attentive, but we had a series of miscommunications. That was no big deal but with each attempt to clarify they walked steps away to the register or kitchen to discuss as a group, making it very loud and awkward since again - no music. I think we'll be back because the food really was good, but maybe just for take out so we can have some ambiance. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Service was extremely fast & friendly. The food was so tasty that I'll be bring my friends and family back. The price was great. I still have food to take with me home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Super great food and the service is amazing. They are really responsive, friendly, and quick. Enjoyed the chai, mango lassi , aloo banda, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, chicken korma. The spice level is great - even at a medium it brought a nice heat. Absolutely my favorite Indian restaurant in the Twin Cities. Its tough to rate the atmosphere. I find it homey and a place where they know your "face/name". That's my kind of place. This was our first time in the neighborhood on a double date, and this Indian spot was highly recommended by one of our friends and it could not have been more tasty, and the cook and wait staff were very friendly. The Lamb Shahi Korma was spectacular! The little raisins explode with the perfect amount of sweet to compliment the richness of the sauce! If it's your first time trying Indian cuisine, the wait staff know exactly what to recommended based on your likes, and the right spice level for you! 11/10 would return whenever we find ourselves in the neighborhood Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best of India catered an event I photographed recently and the food was phenomenal! There were a lot of vegan/vegetarian options and the flavor was delicious. Service Take out Meal type Lunch
Best Indian food we have ever had! We have tried a lot of places downtown and in west Mpls area. We enjoyed the special dinner for two. Amazing deal that allowed us to try a little of several things. We had so much food. The owner made amazing recommendations and and made amazing sauces. The chai was incredible. My partner hasn’t been a chai fan but couldn’t get enough. Didn’t think to take photos until was almost done eating. Our new favorite place. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Recommended dishes Tandoori Chicken
