Visited from Omaha and was looking for a great lunch walk in. It was at a start of a snow storm so I was the only one, but the chips and queso were still extra fresh. The employee at the counter Andrew gave me a quick run down of what's popular. He recommended the popular potato burrito with the popular option and his preferred. He knew the sauces well and I ended up going with the hottest "Salsa de lupe" after he offered a tiny taste of it. Would come again if I was in town. Also enjoyed the tortilla options beyond just white/wheat. Ordered a potato burrito, added chicken mole, on a tomato Chile tortilla with queso and chips on the side. Loved it all! We have online ordered breakfast burritos from this location twice now. We were disappointed with the total amount of potatoes used in our burritos twice now. The use of filler to cut the cost of your company operations at this leave is a disrespect to all customers. Really, who wants to spend their drive time and money to eat potato burritos..? We all have plenty of potatoes at home in our pantries already. This should be an enjoyable experience But now a second time has been disappointing. Let's face it, if we as customers receive value in a product then in return, we feel valued by that company. Customers are willing to pay a higher rate for a better product. This is an issue that needs to be addressed by not in store but upper company management Still hungry James. Big City used to be the best. They sold to renegade burrito now but there is still a few locations. This location still has good food but if you’re looking for a clean well kept eatery, keep looking. This facility is very run down and the staff, however young, need to be managed and trained on how to keep up with the cleanliness.

My favorite item is the potato burrito. It is yummy and very filling. Just one guy working. He cooks, assembles your burrito and takes your cash. However cleaning must not be his job. The place was filthy. The trash can was over flowing on to the floor. Not a clean table. Come on it was 4 pm. Not exactly a busy restaurant time. This was my first time at a Big City Burrito and I wasn't exactly blown away. Their menu isn't very clear but I had seen online that they offer quesadillas what I ended up getting was basically a carne asada quesadilla with a bunch of salsa on it. It was pretty soggy at the end. The beans and rice I had on the side were so bland. It would be incrementally better if they would just add salt... I had originally intended to eat inside the restaurant but it didn't have a very welcoming vibe and like the other reviews mention, a little dirty so I ended up just eating in my car instead. If you are a fan of potatoes in your burrito, then you’ll be in heaven. This is a must stop for us when in Colorado and is something we’ll go out of our way to get. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad burrito though I’m partial to their breakfast burritos. Definitely get the Chile Verde sauce. I have been going to big city since I was a kid, and not once have I been treated the way this lady did, she treated me as if I didn’t know what I was ordering when I’ve been ordering the same thing my entire life. She was very snarky in her remarks and overall ruined getting food for there. I highly don’t recommend going and ordering a burrito for the Loveland big city burrito if there is an older lady running the food line, she was pushy and refused for me to order the burrito the way I wanted it, once again I do not recommend going to the Loveland location.
