Came in today and ordered a bragel and an iced coffee. The iced coffee was the wrong size (paid for a 24 oz and got a 20) and the bragel wasn't cooked. Everything on it was still cold and the bagel wasn't even toasted a bit. On top of that I waited 20 minutes for all of that Food: 1
