Teh tarik - my dad loved it's teh tarik because it was very good considering it is a cafe. It might be a little sweet for some people though, just a little warning. Frappe chocolate - it's really what is expected for a chocolate frappe in a cafe. It's sweet but it's nicely bitter so I'd say it's worth drinking. Lemon lime tea - the drink is really described by it's name. It tastes like lemon and lime, a little sweet and sour so it's really nice and refreshing. Kopi gula nipah - this drink is very recommended for someone who loves sweet coffee. This tastes a little bit bitter from the coffee and sweetness from gula nipah. Carbonara linguini - it's a very good carbonara. There's really no accurate way to describe it. If you like carbonara in general, you'll like this one. Hainanese chicken chop - my family really liked this one. The batter is not that thick and it's really crispy. I'm not sure if I'm correct but the chicken has that slight ginger taste, just like it's hainanese name. It's really a great cafe. Consider visiting it if you're in the area! 1. Food - Predominantly fusion of Malay and Western food - Some are fairly nice whereas others could be seen as normal yet delicious, I favour the grilled chicken, in particular, due to the Italian spices and mouth-watering roasted flavour. - The dishes are in general better than the average cafe although the pasta could be quite cheesy and I personally am not fond of those dishes. - The portions are tremendous and colossal! - 4/5 2. Service - Inconvenient as we had to go downstairs to place orders - Not a whole lot of staff working upstairs to serve customers - Our dishes got served, nonetheless - 4/5 3. Experience - Air-conditioned - Clean and tidy - Vintage style to a modernised shop from a bygone era, quite a nice aesthetic although it is not that uncommon these days - Great atmosphere, not too quite, not too loud with the slight buzzing sound from happy customers - 5/5 4. Accessibility - Parking is fairly easy - Parking space may be limited in rare conditions - Located near a main road in the city - 4.5/5 In conclusion, a nice place to go for lunch, whether you're Malay, Chinese or Indian etc. your palates would probably be satisfied with a great variety of simply good food. 4.375/5 in total. (or 8.75 out of 10!) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 1–20
Love the vintage vibes. Ordered fried mee hun & kueh teow with malaya latte the taste is okay. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Lack professionalism. Customer is required to pay while placing order but a lot of item in the menu is unavailable. Beef wrap - not worthy the price. (2 star) Creamy carbonara linguini - very tasty. (4 star) Penang fried koayteow - disappointing. (2 star) All three of us have finish eating but my son nasi goreng still not arrived. (More than 30mins already) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 100–120 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Everything is fine. Only the roasted chicken whole leg is particularly small. It doesn't match with the price and the chicken quite salty. Nasi butter chicken quite tasty. Fish and chips are tasty and come with big portions! Gula nipah coffee is fine, it's just that Gula Nipah isn't my thing. I'm not sure, maybe it's just not my style. Overall 4/5 stars! I thoroughly enjoyed the food. However, I would like to provide a constructive suggestion regarding the portion size. While the dish was delicious, I believe that reducing the portion size, particularly by removing the bread from the pasta, would enhance the overall dining experience. The pasta itself was already flavorful and satisfying without the accompaniment of bread. I hope this feedback can contribute to further improvements in the future. Thank you. My daughter and son ate spaghetti meatball (sharing) and the meatball is like patty beef which is overall very good. I ate Fat Stuff Marina, bread stuffed with pasta and shrimp.. We also ordered Ciabata beef burger..the patty was very delicious..for coffee, yhe best coffee is kopi jalan patani..Overall for food, 1 dish portion can eat for two people ..The price is reasonable compare to portion and the tastiness..Very recommended.. But the problem is menu didn't show the picture of food..You need to search it online 😂😂 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Crispy Nachos

I came to SP several months ago but this place was closed. Last week finally got the oppurtunity to try it here. We ordered Beef Burger, MeatBall, Nasi Goreng with cofees. The beef burger come with wedges, and the wedges is homemade I think because it was really special. The wedges is so flavorful taht you dont need to dip it in sauces or cheese. But mind you that the wedges may get too 'Muak' when you ate it too much. The beef patty is juicy on the inside and kinda crispy or burnt on the outside. I really love how the beef combine with the bun and sauces and all. It is one of the delicious burger that I rarely had. The meatball also come with the wedges. The meatball has the same texture as the beef patty, it kinda hard on the outside and juicy inside. The Nasi Goreng comes with a sambal, fried chicken and some keropok. The nasi itself is a little bit spicy, peesonally I dont need the sambal. The chicken quite tasteless not sure how it wad fried, but combine with the nasi it all goes well. The vibe here is really good, we sat outside. We kinda lucky because we didnt have to wait long. As I was told there will be a lot of people especially during peak time. This is my first time come here and it wont be my last time. If I ever come to SP again I will surely visit again. Coffee taste/note was above average. Can be too acidic to some people but I had no issue with it. The noodle thingy I had was big in portion which was a good thing but (I know the flavour is soy sauce based) the soy sauce & oyster sauce overpowered the other spice taste. It was like noodles with only the sauces and a pinch of white pepper. the service is above average, could be improved considering they seemed like they had enough staff. atmosphere was nice, very family-oriented at the upstairs and ground floor suitable. for small group or lone ranger. nicely segregated, but could be better if they change the family-oriented layout to the ground floor. more accessible to the older folks and kids. This place is fully packed on a Saturday night, but we can still find a place to sit... upstairs. The food is nice and delicious 🆗. The interior is also nicely decorated, with a 50s look & hipster style. Service is also fast but not all in the menu is available. Price is on the high side but the quality of food is compatible with the price and service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 80–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
