Overall, a fine place for breakfast food with large portion sizes. Nothing too special but has good options
WAIT TIME: Came in at 3pm on a Saturday and we were seated immediately.
FOOD: We got coffees, and split the strawberry cheesecake brioche toast and the sunrise burrito. The brioche toast was so sweet and fluffy and tasted really delicious! We got maple syrup to go with it and it came in this cute little jar too. The burrito was tasty as well, but it wasn’t anything special. The hashbrowns in it were a little too burnt for my taste personally. Also, because it was covered in sauce, you couldn’t pick it up to eat it which I think is part of the draw for a burrito for me, so that was unfortunate. Got messy and fell apart when having to cut it to eat it.
SERVICE: We got a fairly young server who was very sweet, but you could tell she was a little less experienced. All in all, decent service though.
AMBIANCE: Seems like a casual sit down restaurant. Nothing too special, they have some barstools at the bar but we just sat at a regular table.
PRICE: Came out to around $20-25 per person. They charged us an extra $3 for maple syrup which seems a bit pricey for that add-on, but the dishes themselves were fairly priced.

I liked this place. I never heard of this place until recently, but it is a really popular spot. The place was packed at 10 on a Friday morning and the patio actually had a wait for seating. The service was nice. The waitress checked on us often and two different managers checked in to see how I was doing during the meal.
Butcher Block Omelet- meat and eggs. Can’t go wrong. 4/5
Cinnamon Roll Pancakes- These were delicious. I love cinnamon and these pancakes were loaded up. Looking through other pictures it seemed like I might have gotten a double dose of the sauce that covers the pancakes, but I did not mind it. 5/5
Sunrise Burrito- this burrito is massive. It is almost too big to eat. I had to cut it up and at that point it was more scramble than burrito. It is very tasty, but sitting in that sauce there is no way to pick that burrito up and eat it. The food was tasty, but I think I would go with some sort of hash in the future since that is what I wound up making anyway. 4/5

I've wanted to try this place since they opened but never made it. I had family coming in town for the holiday and thought it would be the perfect time to try. We had a party of 10 and was told an hour and thirty minutes for the wait, but it was able 30 minutes, which was great. The vibe of the place was really nice. That diner look, which is neat. Our server was on point. All of our drinks and food came or at a decent time, and omg, it was delicious. From the pancakes omelets, bacon, eggs, just so good. Their gluten-free pancakes were good, too. All 10 of us enjoyed our food and drinks. We'll return for sure.

My recent visit to Billy G's Diner in Chesterfield, Missouri, on a bustling Saturday morning was nothing short of brunch bliss. The restaurant was fairly busy, a testament to its popularity, yet the experience was amazing.
The food offerings were a highlight, with generous portions at reasonable prices. I indulged in the cinnamon roll pancakes, banana and chocolate chip pancakes, and the flavorful brisket benedict. The brisket benedict, enhanced with a delightful barbecue sauce, brought a unique twist to the classic dish, while the pancakes were a sweet sensation with the perfect blend of fruit and cinnamon roll goodness.
Service at Billy G's Diner was exceptional, complementing the delicious fare. The spacious parking lot ensured a stress-free experience in finding parking.
Overall, Billy G's Diner is highly recommended for those seeking a delightful brunch with outstanding food, attentive service, and ample parking.

This was a great place for brunch.
I wish they would have call ahead because it was packed. Worth the wait though. My husband and I got variations of the brioche French toast which was great and met all expectations.
My husband also got fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and a coffee drink and enjoyed both.
Our friend got the "went viral" cinnamon roll pancakes and said they were good.
We look forward to coming back!

I was greeted when I sat down at the counter. I ordered The Classic, 2 eggs, fruit or hash browns, toast or pancake, and choice of meat. I chose scrambled eggs, the fresh fruit, dry wheat toast and sausage links. The stools at the counter are not the right height, too short. I’m 5’11” so it will be less comfortable for shorter people. They had a slight wait if you wanted a table. Really like the counter seating. The fresh fruit contained honey dew and cantaloupe and it was tasty. Everything was cooked perfectly. Their sausage links were slightly bigger than normal and they had great flavoring. Nice Patio seating. It is on the north side of the building facing the Dierbergs parking lot.
Main entrance is on the west side of the building facing Clarkson. Large parking lot. I like the diner vibe. Very friendly staff.
Sadly, I was a bit disappointed in this place. The atmosphere is nice, however the tables are really close together. I was happy to see some of our favorite servers from First Watch are now working there, so our service was good. Had a fabulous server, Nicole. My husband really liked his omelet, but thought the hash browns were way too oily. The Belgian waffle was kind of hard, seeming slightly overcooked, but also had a weird flavor and texture. It's more of a dense waffle. I would go back, but would order something else.

I liked the atmosphere a lot! I thought it was unique and fun. The staff was also very nice. We ate here for dinner. My party and I agreed that the food was alright. Nothing stuck out in particular. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. I didn’t expect it to be just one giant chicken breast on bread with Buffalo sauce. I feel like the sandwich could have used some more toppings. I did enjoy the chocolate milkshake (with oreos). Overall, I’d like to come back to try the breakfast food. The pancakes look good. I will not be getting the Buffalo chicken sandwich again though.

Good marks in all categories: good menu offerings, fresh ingredients, fast efficient service, and distinctive, inviting decor. Overall, prices were in line with a quality place; the only note I'll make is that substitutions and add-ons were a little high (substitute salad for fries, $6).
After waiting 30 minutes, we found out our name and number had been lost. The manager was walking by and got us a table right away. The food is ok. The burger was seasoned well. They sent out pickles that were the end of the pickle and onion, which were the size of nickel and the end of a tomato. The hashbrowns they sent out were hard and old. They are starting a dinner menu, I may try them when that comes out.
