Great place for all around the day. Billy the owner is very friendly, humble and a great chef, he even offered to escort us in our hotel when we left after 11 pm as we had some consideration about the time. His kids are also adorable and chat with you until the food is prepared, then kindly say goodbye and let tou enjoy the meal. The servings are the biggest we had in Malawi and the fish is great. You should definitely visit him. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Hands down, the best option to eat local food in Cape Maclear, if not in the entire Southern region of Malawi. Billy, the chef, and his son Blinda are great cooks. They will welcome you warmly and serve you HUGE portions for very affordable prices. I came here each and every day during my stay to enjoy the delicious food and the great company. Make sure to try the fried catfish freshly fished from the lake. A delight! Thanks again Billy, Blinda and the whole fam !

Some of the best fish we’ve ever had!! Delicious breakfasts and dinner with huge servings and reasonable prices. We kept coming back and Billy even taught us to cook! Cannot recommend WB highly enough! Service Dine in

Hands down the best food in Cape Maclear - I had a Goat Stew which was the best meal I tasted on my whole trip around Malawi that took over 2 weeks. Owner Billy & Isaac are super friendly & helpful - nothing was to much trouble. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Billy and his daughter kathy are very welcoming. The fish dishes are good and super hearty. They also have banana cake but we were too full to try. 3500 mkw for a medium fish with rice or chips and veggies

Great restaurant with really tastfull fresh meals. I sometimes have stomach trouble with local food. Here not one time. The friendly owner carefully listens to my request so I ate safely. Very happy to found this restaurant
