To order nicely cooked buffalo chicken, crispy chicken sandwiches and burgers is a truly nice idea. You can order good peanut butter cookies, biscuits and chocolate cookies. Delicious root beer goes well with the nice meal. It is cool to try great lemonade, tea or milkshakes. Select between indoor and outdoor seating. Many visitors note that employees are professional at this restaurant. Democratic prices are what you are to pay for your meal. There is an exotic atmosphere and nice decor at Birdcall. This place scored 4.3 in the Google rating system.

We heard pretty good things about this place and stopped to try it out. We ordered the chicken tenders, which were really good. It has just the right amount of breading to chicken. The seasoning was pretty good as well. It wasn't overpowering or bland. Again, the perfect amount. We ordered some different sandwiches as well, which were equally as good. The drinks were also really good. They have a really nice selection of teas. If you are an ice tea drinker, you will really love this place. Overall, it's a great place for chicken. YOU GOTTA TRY THE TOTS! The tater tot seasoning is delicious. Don’t get intimidated by the unmanned counter service. Yep, that’s right. You enter your own order on the self serve screen. The sandwich was quality and the drink selection ranges from Tractor teas, lemonades, and sodas to beer and margaritas. Anna was very helpful and personable. Food and people were fine. It’s the ordering system that needs help. Saw more than 1 guest trying to figure it out. 1 guest finally had to flag someone down which isn’t easy as there’s not someone assigned to guest intake. Not sure if you can even pay with cash. Once you order though there’s a board with your name and ETA on your food. Everything seems to made as ordered so it was all nice and hot. Interior was like a coffee shop but bright and clean. Free arcade games for the kids or the kid at heart. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

What a great concept. The self ordering is easy and quick. Once ordered, you look on a computerized screen that has your name, minutes til order is ready and the cubby that your order will be in. It took about 8 minutes. The curry chicken spinach, cranberry bowl was good however, the quinoa was frozen. I told the staff and the manager immediately came out to apologize and ordered me another. I want to stress how attentive, polite, professional and genuinely caring the staff was. Next time, I will order a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. Looked delish. Oh, one more thing - bought a great looking State 48 Birdcall tee for $15!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Unique ordering system. You can see how long your food will take. I gave it 4 stars because I wasn’t impressed with the salad. I had the #allergygirl subbed out the dressing for sweet chili. I had hoped for a little kick. But I had a bite of my companion’s chicken sandwich wow! Here’s my advice: skip the salad go for the chicken sandwich with bacon onion jam!! PS they have crushed ice!!!

Ordered a salad in drive thru and got home, ate about a 1/3 of it before I realized all of the romaine lettuce was covered in dirt. Very delicious and high quality chicken. Great customer service as well. A little different on the ordering, being that it's self order when you enter using a touchscreen, but there is someone to assist if you get caught up. You can only pay by phone if you order online. We had the Original and Ranch Chicken Sandwiches with Tots. Looking forward to them opening more locations throughout the Valley. Seemed extra busy, and maybe that's why it also seemed chaotic and unorganized. I'm not sure how long they've been open, and maybe this played into the chaos. The setup couldn't have been thought out for the volume of people that were there. The drink station tucked into a corner, and only 1 person at a time could fill their drinks unless you wanted to stand shoulder to shoulder with a stranger.. and then only two people could use the drink station at a time. People waiting to fill their cups blocked the doorway also. I must mention that this doorway led out to the patio and when your number popped up you had to go wade through the people to where you pick up the food which was also blocked by people waiting to fill drinks. I had a Asian salad that wasn't impressive but the rest of my party was really happy with their meals. They all had sandwiches. Their shakes were delish, and the putt green was a great distraction for the youngsters. They definitely needed more umbrellas. The sun reflecting off the white tables was pretty vicious. First time, awesome service and really good sandwich. I'll be back *update* I stopped by again yesterday, tried the new sandwich tikka something - delicious! I will be making this a weekly stop. *Last update* I have gone to Birdcall for several months now, and it is apparent that this location does not care about their customers or food quality. We have given them several tries and the quality has declined drastically. 15+ minute wait times in the drive through lane for a simple sandwich and side. Food overcooked to barely edible.
