Went there last night for dinner. We were a party of 11, who asked for separate checks for our own meals. Our reservation was for 6 PM and by 7 PM we had still not had our order taken . The waiters are singers/ performers and much of the time they are up on stage and the patrons are not being serviced. I was a party of one and ordered the Caesar salad with steak added on top… I did not order a cocktail or any other drink or appetizer. The building does not have good acoustics to enjoy the singers so the noise was piercing and made conversation at the table impossible, and in addition, added to the terrible neglect of service. I think it was about 8 o’clock when we were finally served our dinners mine was prepared incorrectly as I had requested no Parmesan cheese, and the cooks hadn’t been told that by the waiter so they had to remake it, which took an additional 30 minutes everyone else was eating and I was sitting there, waiting. They even joked that I was having water and bread ! the food finally came and it was good. However, I paid about $50 for my salad because of all the add-on charges of it being a party of six or more and there was a city tax. I do. not recommend this place, unless you are prepared to pay exorbitant prices, and endure terrible service and loud noise. I will not return or suggest it to anyone . I almost forgot to add that the waiter neglected to do our check separately, so at the very end we had to wait several minutes while he did that, instead of having it prepared the way, we asked when we initially ordered…. As you pull in….KEEP GOING. The RV park might throw you off, but you are making a mistake if you turn around and leave!!!!! The restaurant is furnished with old western signs and memorabilia in a super cool way. The saloon doors, double fire place and the rustic nature feels a bit cheeky….but wait….there is more. Everynight there are SINGING WAITERS & WAITRESSES…. From Vaudeville to Little Mermaid these folks kick it big time between waiting your table. Its not uncomfortable at all. These are good people. You will have a blast!!!!!! Food is awesome, fresh and great portioned. The dinner biscuits in the chick wagon trail pan are sooooo good. Prime rib is excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is a gem. The service was awesome and the food was very good. They are very family friendly and the dress is casual. I typically stay at Little America when I'm in Flagstaff, I will be making this a stop when I'm there. It is right across the street from the hotel. We had Brandon as a server and he was awesome. The bartender with the muatash was also great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I cannot say enough about how great the service was. Make sure to get a reservation. Enjoyed the music and piano playing. Spent an hour and half there. I enjoyed my 12 oz herb encrusted ribeye with twice baked potato and half vegetable kebab. I had eggnog with well brandy for dessert. Great lunch experience. Fantastic find on our travels. It felt like we had stepped back in time & entered a real saloon !! The atmosphere was second to none & the servers/ singers were extraordinary. Generous portions & very tasty. Without a doubt. My absolute BEST EXPERIENCE in any restaurant, anywhere! Carter was/is a gem. The gentlemen that i had the pleasure of dining with showed me honor and the ultimate respect based on my prior service to our country. I don't know their names. But, I will always remember them. The restaurant was not what I expected. Located in an RV park, this steakhouse is also a musical theater. I hoped for live music but didn't imagine our servers would perform showtunes and movie scores accompanied by a pianist. We were blessed with 8-10 songs during our Saturday night dinner. The staff are all very talented. They are brilliant performers and great servers! We were attended to from arrival to exit. Empty plates were quickly removed. The staff worked together as a team to keep food running. This was very impressive and stood out because that work ethic seems rare these days. Everyone was humble. No one was arrogant. Our party of 2 split the ribeye. It came with a small cesar salad and a side. We also ordered the fried zucchini/mushrooms and 2 cocktails. Our ribeye was good. It was cooked more than we asked for so I recommend ordering steak less cooked than you really want it. The cesar dressing was light on flavor. The fried zucchini and mushrooms were salty. Our drinks were a bit watery. The twice baked potato could have used sour cream and chives. The atmosphere is casual. We worried about being under-dressed. We weren't. This is not a fancy steakhouse. This is our favorite steak house in Flagstaff. I had the prime rib medium with a loaded baked potato and a house salad. She had the BBQ ribs with a chowder soup. Let's not forget the singing waitresses. Great food and entertainment. The service is always superb. Thank you!! First time I went here. And it was relaxing warm and new to my wife and I. Those biscuits I won't lie you have to try. Blew it out of the ballpark. The food was fantastic and the servers very friendly. I applaud their service. Will come back again. This place is a must see!! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff had proper etiquette. There was an old Western style saloon/bar to drink at with a few bar stools and tables. Even an old wooden piano. The dining seating is well spaced out. Here's the most wonderful part. Your server is also a talented singer. Old love songs and even some ones some of us may know. I caught myself singing the little mermaid with one singer🤣. The person with me told me I was too loud. Everyone around was having a great time. Clapping along at times. You just couldn't help but join in. Our table had a large order. The steaks were juicy and tender. However, they did need some seasoning to just set them off right! The biscuits were great with the cinnamon sugar butter. A bit on the dry side tho. When it came to the ribs, they were the "fall off the bone" kind. So delicious. Salads were crisp and fresh. The shrimp were pretty big. We shared a plate. All in all the experience and atmosphere were well worth the money spent.
