This place was jammed at 7am this morning, but the service by Jennifer was perfect, attentive and she made sure your coffee was topped off, every time she passed our table she was either fillin orders or fillin coffee cups. The Diner is lovely, clean and well kept, management is polite and nice. The place was busy but our server Jennifer made us feel like we were the only diners in the diner. She makes everyone of her tables feel like they are the only ones in the diner. Black Bear is our go to place for our family get togethers, and I bring my friends and business associates as well. The food is good, the portions leave you filled up, and the coffee tasted great. Thanks again to Jennifer for making Black Bear Shine! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place use to be traditional, the food was good portions and clean table booths. However, now it's definitely a former shell of itself. Not clean, smaller portions, higher prices and everything is done by cutting corners. You can see this in the food they serve. Do you enjoy your waiters to be on the flamboyant side? Then this place is for you. Definitely not for a family environment at this location. I wouldn't bring my family here again.
