Nice place to dine! It’s an old fashioned style restaurant. Menu is very easy to read! Decent portion sizes. Only thing was the wait time for your food but if you like your food fresh and not worried about the time you’re good! Probably my all-time favorite restaurant. Love the sweet waitresses, the food is so good. Portions are huge. Prices are very reasonable. Every time I go to willows I have to go in there. Good food, nice portions, great selection, good service. Every Black Bear Diner I've eaten at has been consistently good. I always look for one on the route I'm traveling. Me and my family came in to have lunch and Stephany seated us and got our drinks but was unbelievably rude and disrespectful!! After bringing our drinks, I nicely asked for some straws and I was given attitude and she never brought them. Sherri was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She was nice,friendly and respectful and kept coming over and checking on us!!! I will not be bringing my family in at black bear in willows to eat if Stephany is working due to this not being the first time she was disrespectful.
