The squash was one of the best tasting dishes I had during a weekend upstate. Don’t miss the mayana chocolate bars—sometimes in the display case and sometimes out in the grocery store aisle. I’m obsessed.

I have no idea who that is. Additionally, you shouldnt so be so proud of an accusatory statement only shows your true demeanor. I live Poughkeepsie and went to your shop because I was in the neighborhood for my wife’s family. But it seems that I will never go to your establishment and will make sure everyone I know will stay away as well. For everyone reading this the food is good but like I stated the atmosphere/ toxicity is not worth an over priced sandwich.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Black Eyed Suzies. Despite parking in the designated spots, the owner unreasonably called a towing company on my vehicle, showing a complete lack of regard for customer convenience or circumstances. To make matters worse, when I requested to have my food reheated—a reasonable ask for anyone who expects their mac and cheese or pot pie to be served warm—I was flatly refused. This level of service is unacceptable and frankly, absurd. Who would want to eat their meals cold? It’s a joke. The owner’s rude behavior and the restaurant’s failure to meet basic customer service expectations have completely turned me off. I won’t be returning and would advise others to think twice before visiting Black Eyed Suzies.
