Not the best burger. I ordered my meal how I wanted it, and I received a completely different burger. No prob. I removed the unwanted items, but the burger is still lacking. Onion rings are good. My order was first taken by a worker named Justin, I did not like the energy he was giving and made me very uncomfortable. Then the manager Santana made the experience way better and can tell that the food was made with a “Lotta” love. I also was really impressed by Jocelyn’s welcoming energy (another manager) really made ordering easier. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff was super friendly, the business just needs to spend some money on improving their building!!! Floor tiles cracked everywhere make it look run down, counter chipped, and swollen, which makes it look like business owners don't care about nothing but making personal gain. The interior of the building just looks like no one cares about the employees or anyone who comes in, could make you lose business!!!!!
