I recently dined at Bluebei Sushi and Grill in Las Vegas and was pleasantly delighted by the experience! The interior has a slightly upscale decor with both tables and semi-booths. They have a sushi bar offering a front-row seat to watch the skilled chefs artfully prepare each dish. The menu is a fusion of traditional and innovative dishes, featuring a wide variety of sushi and grill items. Each sushi roll I tried was a fresh and full of flavor, highlighting the quality of ingredients being used. The grill items were equally impressive, cooked to perfection with a balance of spices and sauces that enhanced the natural flavors. The serving dishes are also quite nice. Pricing at Bluebei Sushi and Grill is reasonable considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. It's a great value for money, especially in a city like Las Vegas where dining can often be quite expensive. The service was great, our server was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, Bluebei Sushi a solid option for anyone looking for sushi in Las Vegas. mid-upper scale type of sushi joint, if that's a thing. It's decent, but I'm still searching for better. It's a bit pricey, but the lunch options are reasonably priced for what you get. Friendly staff and great service for lunch on a Sunday with no wait. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

About $35 per person, this restaurant offers a pretty noisy music environment with a clean and well kept front of house. The portions may lack a bit in size, but a lot of attention was put into most of the dishes. Unagidon (eel over rice) was FANTASTIC [A+] The fire albacore sushi roll, likewise, could not have been much better [A+]. I enjoyed the pork belly rice bowl, but the flavors get a little "samey" considering it's just rice, onions, and slow-cooked pork [B-] Unfortunately, the yakisoba was pretty bad [D-] Sweet, sticky, and soft - the old chicken which tasted slightly spoiled ruined the entire dish for me. Overall, it's too pricey to recommend for sushi, but if you're comfortable spending $30ish for lunch, most of their dishes are quite good, along with their hot teas, which I'm told we're stellar. My wife and I love this place. This is the only local sushi place around that has fresh food and fresh atmosphere. HOWEVER, I went in on a Monday looking for dinner to go. On maps it says closed but the schedule on their door says they’re open from morning till 10 pm. So, there I go parking my truck, opened the door, no lights. In fact there was NOBODY in the building. It felt like I was dreaming. Anyway, I just feel concerned because someone could have just easily stolen drinks from the fridge. The door was just open. My photo shows it’s well lit up from the lights, no. The lights were very dimmed and my phone adjusted the brightness of the photo. Still love this place though! This place is perfect for drinking yourself into oblivion. The atmosphere is dark and quiet no one will see you drown your sorrows. The alcohol is perfect for any sushi but I love Mountains Edge, Las Vegas and their Unagi bowl (grilled eel) was perfect made me forget all the money I spent this Christmas for gifts that might get regifted to someone else. But to the few who I gave shampoo and soap and a box of ketchup I know you will use them so kanpai!. I been here five times now I know its pricey but the food is excellent, also I always order extra to go that good. We usually go to AYCE sushi places, but I feel like you can tell the difference in quality when paying a la carte. We have been here a few times and it has never been packed. The service is always quick and friendly, and the food is awesome. I especially like the Lemon Creamy Shrimp, but the Togarashi is a close second. The Japanese Curry and Tonketsu is also very good. To be honest, we usually pay about the same amount we would at an AYCE, but we probably get a little less food. I'm not even sure that's a bad thing as I always tend to over order when it's AYCE because I feel like I'm trying to get my money's worth. Here, I just order and eat until I'm not hungry anymore and it's better quality food. They do have a happy hour that runs daily from 3-930, and a lot of the small plates and items you might normally order on it, so that saves a few bucks too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
OMG, if you haven't tried Bluebei, you need to. The service was great, and the food was amazing. I'm a big fan of baked mussels and have tried it at other sushi locations, but Bluebei knocked it out of the ball park. It was our first time eating here and we will definitely be back for more! I dream of stumbling upon obscure restaurants with a huge wow factor. The service, food, and ambiance were exceptional. They even have seafood ramen, which is hard to find in Las Vegas. Another thing that makes this place stand out is it was spotless. I watched with delight as tables were being meticulously cleaned. There were no crumbs on the floor, or other signs of previous diners. What a major plus! We thoroughly enjoyed the rolls, ramen, and plum wine.

Stopped in on a whim and wow we got lucky. This place is amazing. It was quiet, clean, the service was top notch and the ALL food was fab. They almost had too much to choose from. Nice sized portions, too.
