I will never bring family here again this place has really gone down hill. I review slot of place well pretty much everywhere I go and this one is up the lady's and gentlemen. PLEASE save yourself the trouble.There was an eggshell in my buger and a fry in my wife's French toast not to mention the silver ware didn't look properly cleaned. Like always we let management know just to see reaction never with getting a discount just wanting to see what they do and they just seem to brush it off and say sorry.So please save yourself the trouble and go some where with cleanliness and more self skilled employees anywhere but here will do. Family style restaurant with a wide-ranging menu. Reasonably priced with great food and service. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere and decor conveyed a feeling of welcome home... We’ve been eating at this Bob Evans since the pandemic started with only a few hiccups in service, but tonight they not only didn’t include our Chicken and Noodles Deep Dish, they put a single dollop of mashed potatoes in a full-size takeout box. Not the greatest to say the least. Food was still cold. Chicken was tough. Bread was stale. The dang hot chicken is HOT! Not the same Bob Evans I remember. I believe they may have been short staffed, still no excuse there were filthy tables when we walked in and still sitting there when we walked out. I had two meat lovers omelettes with loaded hashbrowns which I had to pay extra for DoorDash to my door when they got here this is the size of the meal that you’re expected to pay $17 for extra tiny proportions I think they might need some help the food was bad. It tasted horrible and they actually thought I would want a discount. I will never order from here again there’s better restaurants at BU like you’re an American instead of like your a Chihuahua. I eat at this bob Evans every other Saturday. Today I received the WORST service I’ve ever experienced as I came for breakfast with my two girls. We sat and continue to sit for an hour a 7 minutes before being served. Our waitress was rude and spoke agressively the entire time. My coffee was refilled once this entire time, the table next to us was seated 20 minutes after us, have been served and completed there meal, my girls and I StILL Don’t have ours. Not to mention there’s only two tables of people presently being serviced at this time. Tell me my server isn’t RASIST and just didn’t put our order in? Because that’s exactly what happen today. Beckly ave bob evans Battle Creek Michigan. NEVER AGAIN ! I also spoke with the manager and was completely dismissed. Food was good As normal. I was not pleased with the seating. First lead to a dirty table. Waited for cleaning. Our Seats were not cleaned? Lots of open tables. They seated a person right behind me, 3 foot away. After he was done and left, they again seated an elderly couple at the same table. It was our opinion, This was closer than needed, With a big open Room.

The breakfast was great and service was great and attentive. My only complaint is the lack of cleanliness of the bathrooms. One off is understandable however to have my partner say the same with the male bathroom as I for the women, there is a problem of cleanliness with this restaurant. The toilets look as though they haven’t been cleaned for the week! I almost lost my breakfast from the disgust…. Please clean the toilets! They resemble gas station toilets. My family and I came here to eat for a holiday and the food wasn’t very good. The grilled chicken sandwich I had tasted like it was just warmed up in the microwave, and my dad’s blt was with forgotten mayo and had cold bacon on it.
