Why would you come here when you have so many great breakfast options in Hershey and Hummelstown. It’s a franchise and it’s just not great! Upon ordering for my wife I was cut off and ignored until my wife told the waitress her order. Very rude and disrespectful. Food was good but I've not been disrespected here like this before. Got the fish, fries and cole slaw. Came out very hot and well made. My husband got a 1/2 sandwich and cobb salad, which had bacon, chicken and hard boiled egg. Came in after hershey lights, and had to wait 10 minutes before they could clean off a table. Then the person who sat us did not tell our waiter we were in his section. She did this to another couple as well. The waiter was amazing and the food was so good. Could have done without the hostess we had though. Came in for breakfast on my anniversary with my husband. Was treated absolutely rude by the waitress we had and then told by the management there was “nothing I can do about her” REALLY? Food is plan and nothing changes. Menu stays the same nothing exciting. The only thing that really changes is a new drink on the menu. Service is hit or miss when you dine in. Some are on point with everything and other could care less. Food could either be steaming hot or come out like warm to cold. My daughter likes the breakfast. This place is awesome. They had us seated quick and for a party of 9 it was great. Food was quick and our waitress and the staff were Awesome. They kept our coffee full and couldn’t have been nicer. Food was hot and everything came out right. This place is garbage. We were a group of 7 and whenever we said how many there were the girls at the counter laughed and started talking about it. They said something about who was taking our order’s, and acting ghetto as hell. The food was disgusting, the fries tasted like they were freezer burnt and felt as if they were stale, (how is that even possible?) There was hair in my fathers food, and it was an extremely small portion and didn’t look anything like the picture. From where we stood the kitchen looked disgusting and had food all over the floor, the flooring in the dining place was filthy and had dirt and garbage laying everywhere. When we mentioned all of the flaws, our waitress basically ignored us and walked away, the manager ( I’m assuming ) came out and acted as if there was no problem, simply took the plate and left. The onion rings were burnt, the sauce for the southwest chicken salad tasted horrendous, and smelt bad. Not worth the price at all, they said they took the price off for the food with hair in it yet it was still the same price with it added. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!! This place should be shut down or looked into by the health department. I feel like I’m gonna wake up tomorrow with an extra limb after eating there.
