This was my first time going in and I think it may be my new favorite boba place in Utah. The presentation of the items in the menu are sublime - much better than my lame photo. I ordered a mangonada and it was good, but I made the mistake of switching from the mango popping to classic tapioca boba, and the flavors did not match. But that was my own fault. The atmosphere is inviting and laid back, as they have a sofa lobby, tables, and board games for the customer’s use. They also have ice and sugar preference levels. Boba Luv is fantastic! They have tons of variety but I’d have to say that the cookies and creme boba is a must! Plus they can customize items for non-dairy drinkers. The employees are always friendly and very helpful and the atmosphere is fun, with sofas/chairs and even board games you can play while enjoying your food. First and LAST time coming here. My sum up: 1) Boba drinks are way overpriced - $6.75 quality isn't delivered. Some tea are even $7.25... 2) Food quantity may be good but the quality is missing plus food handling is a problem. I got food poisoning from their fried shrimp snack that came out after 5 mins of ordering. Recovered 3 days later, paid so much for my weekend. Popcorn shrimp and brown sugar milk with boba are $6.75 each. The drink is nothing like their ads pictures except their cups are tall. Syrup overflow. It just tasted like a water syrup drink without any creamy flavor or consistency. For a drink over $5, and you pay extra for boba, I expected the boba to be filled at the bottom. But NOPE. You're lucky to get more than 10. The boba weren't so mild in flavor. They are usually soaked in brown sugar syrup before being added to the drink, but they aren't even flavored at this place. Popcorn shrimp tasted good when I had it and the portion was good for $6.75, BUT it's not good if it gives you FOOD POISONING. It's a bummer to have this experience because I had looked forward to it after receiving some high recommendations from a few friends about Boba Luv and their boba drinks. For $6.75, I was hoping for a decent quality of drinks. But this is the most expensive and worst boba drink I've ever had in Utah. Boba pearls are consistently undercooked and chewy, drinks are way too sweet unless you cut it down to 50% or less, and the cheese foam topping made everyone who tried it sick for an hour or two. Would much rather go to ShareTea down the street where the pearls are always soft! Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Tapioca boba pearls are just the right size and consistency. If $8 a pop for a delicious smoothie doesn’t scare you, then Boba Luv will suit you well. Customer service was great, good ambiance, good location.

Lovely place, we love it. Amazing flavors, not complicated to order, a lot of quantity of flavors to chose from, cute atmosphere, nice staff, food, and they even have BOARD GAMES! Only thing I will say it’s had a problem with is the boba being kinda raw? Like its not chewy but hard, it’s always a 50/50 that’ll it happen (for us) but when it doesn’t its AMAZING. Woah! Stopped to visit my brother in Provo and we didn’t know they have a BL in Utah too! We were so happy! We ordered the Taro Heaven, Cucumber Fresher, and Coco Blue. The yummy cheese foam is sooooooooo good! Just as good as Rexburg! Service was super friendly and we love the vibes here! This has easily become one of our favorite date night spots. We love that there are games to play while waiting and they do a great job with Boba! It’s a shame, I used to like this place a lot I believe the owner served me last time, and was awesome, and he usually knows my order but this time I can in, they couldn’t get it right and I paid $15 plus $3 tip for this??
