Sometimes you just wanted to come in and enjoy your food right after you purchase it. The lady was very friendly who took our order. Dine in area was very dirty especially the tables. I was able to find one that wasn't so dirty but was sticky. It definitely was a turn off could not even finish eating my sandwich. Just thinking to myself how clean is the cooking area. I personally can't eat here again after today visit. I usually go through the drive thur but maybe that was a sign for me. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Please, whenever I ask for ranch, could you please give it to me? Everytime I order ranch to eat with my supremes, they either give me honey mustard or nothing. And I don’t like eating supremes without ranch. I’d rather not eat it at all. It’s not hard to put ranch in a box.

I ordered an online from this location to be delivered. When I got it I was missing half of my order, I called the store and they told me I had to contact DoorDash. I ordered directly off of the Bojangle’s app. I understand it went to a third party but doo dash said I had to contact the store. The person I spoke with was very rude and not concerned with me missing items. It’s very disappointing since I also work in the industry that someone would be so cold and just not care about the customer experience. After encountering a wide variety of Bojangles Restaurants, this has got to be one of the most pleasant place to eat at, with great biscuits and food. Come on over and see for yourself. Terrible service bad food orders always wrong half the time they don't have full menu items. Terrible service and once you ask for what you actually ordered because someone messed up or made. One of the worst Bojangles I have been too. I have gone consistently for a while because it is 5 min from my house. And believe it or not it always disappoints. I have almost never gotten a good order. Whether it be a missing item, chewy chicken or in seasoned fries. Just overall my least favorite Bojangles Food: 1 Service: 1

I work 12-14 hours a day so when I’m heading home I don’t feel like cooking so I normally stop at this location 1-2 times a week. Mainly bc it’s about a min drive from my home. It’s gotten to where every other visit they are out of the new chicken sandwich. You would think it being a “newer” menu item they would order appropriately? Wrong! They’ve either got the chicken, no bun, or the sandwich no pickles! I mean it’s bread, mayo chicken and pickles. How hard could it really be to stay stocked up on mayo, bread and pickles? Chicken is a no brainer considering it is bojangles. Whoever is in charge of ordering needs to be demoted back to a line cook. Also when did y’all stop caring about your “legendary “ sweet tea? It’s been a while since there’s been anything remotely close to sweet tea served out of that restaurant. Not trying to be so negative. I just know from years of restaurant experience, it’s not that hard to order accordingly and sweet tea is a staple in the south. Get your mind right Bojangles and do better. Please! Food: 1 Service: 4
