I wasn't very happy with my meal. I had a 2 piece chicken dinner with 2 sides. The sides were great but the chicken was barely warm and dry. My husband said his was the same and wasn't pleased with the sweet tea either. The time was 5pm, chicken should have been hot at dinner time. It's not a 5 star restaurant, but I give it 5 stars. If you like fried chicken with a little Cajun flavor, this is the place. The service at all bojangles is a little sketchy at times, probably, but what fast food isn't. You get what you pay for. The sides are pretty good. I want to give special recognition to the manager Jill, for welcoming me to Bojangles and for being extremely helpful with my order. It means a lot to me to be appreciated as a customer. Thank you, Jill! The food was excellent and served hot and fresh. The dinning area, cooking area, and men's restroom were all clean and orderly. This is a wonderful place to take your family, dine-in yourself, or order and get your meal through the drive-thru. I highly recommend this restaurant! I enjoy stopping at Bojangles in Dobson, NC. In my opinion it's the best place locally for eating chicken. They do a great job taking care of their customers, and the food is always good. You can usually get macaroni & cheese before 7 pm, and they don't prepare it later than this because of closing at 9 pm. The dining area and restrooms are always clean. Service is absolutely horrible. With 2 people in line you will wait for a minimum of 15 minutes before ordering just to get told to wait when you get to to the speaker. The reason for this is they only take and fill one order at a time. So they won't take yours till the person in front of you is already gone. Do better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went Thru the drive-thru and got a chicken sandwich and dirty rice! My food was hot and tasty. 😋 The young lady at the window was very friendly and smiled when she waited on me! Still not ready to give them a higher rating after being turned away after a manager decided to close the dining room during the breakfast rush. She did that several times and the staff just sat round the tables gossiping while the drive thru backed up. Apparently she's no longer there, but it's hard to forget that rude behavior especially from someone who is supposed to be a leader.
