I had a good experience with the service and the food. However, the gentleman with the headsets on and doing cashier as well, wasn’t that polite. First time here and he was expecting to llace the order in 10 secs. Also, just be aware there’s a lot of weird people coming in and out of the fast food.

Had a great experience here today that started with the manager welcoming us in and taking our order. The food was fresh and delicious. We got the Cajun chicken biscuit with pimento cheese, mac and cheese, bo’ rounds, seasoned fries, and the football shaped bo’ berry biscuits. This was our first time at this location. The food was delicious, prices were pretty decent for the amount of food, and the service was good. Our issue and reason for the 3 stars rating were the bathrooms. We both went to the restroom before leaving, and after talking to my wife, we both had the same experience. Both bathrooms were dirty. We would understand if it had been later on during the day after a lot of customers had come in and out, but considering that we were there just 10 minutes after they had opened, we think it's just irresponsible to say the least. Dominique was very professional when it came to handling a tough situation! The customer was very nasty and rude towards her while she was being a complete sweetheart and for her to not catch an attitude back was very refreshing to see in todays service industry! Keep up the great work!!

8:00 AM Monday morning and the lady was running both the dining room and drive thru by herself. She did have someone cooking by otherwise she was a lone wolf. Considering how most food restaurants use any excuse to close their dining room it was nice to see her commitment. There's so much foot traffic and people coming in/out that it hurts the patron experience, but my service cashier was great and made the food but didn't ask a key question of spicy or mild chicken. The food was good, though. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The food is good and I love their Christian environment. I was taken back by the fact that the young man who took my order was being scolded by the person who was putting it together and it seemed like that person was a manager. Embarrassing the young. Leadership need to lead without being. I don't say be a Passover however there is a way to bring correction and it's definitely not in front of the customer. Visit was great. The cashier was very friendly. We had a good time. I do wish they would bring back their cinnamon biscuits tho. And I knew I shouldn't have stopped at this dang on Bojangles. Even from the parking lot I knew it was a bad idea but you know what I tried anyways. So I won't lie the cashier was very pleasant. So let's get to this food first I didn't have a biscuit I had a briket. Darn biscuit so hard can't eat it and jelly did not help. Next the chicken was mushy so I'm assuming that's undercooked cuz I don't work at Bojangles. Then somebody had the nerve to put white gravy breakfast gravy at that on lunch potatoes disgusting. Oh and they didn't have nothing to drink but mountain dew not even tea. Bojangles you need to do better and don't blame it on the pandemic all the employees cuz they were in there with a smile
