Yesterday Sunday, I visited Bonanza in Limas Verdes, Bayamón, at 11am. The place needs cleanibg, and it had a smell of not having cleaning. The tables were not clean, and we had to ask for another, clean place to sit.
The food area did not look clean either, even in the soup area, the lid fell into the container an the employee, instead of changing it, put it back in the container. In addition, the employee who was in the salad bar area was in a badmood. We know that there are few employees and that customers do not cooperate, but they must have someone checking the areas, so that they have quality service, and do not lose customers. To the Bonanza Administration, please take the necessary meadures to make the place pleasant. It is not to sell and nothing else.

02SEP2023 - Lowering the review to 2 stars due to the fact that they now decided to charge you for a lunch buffet if you are eating breakfast and it hits 11AM. Basically, I am not really planning on coming back for a while due to this cheap move.
I thought about it again, and changed it to 1 star. Because it is really cheap to charge someone again once he/she is already enjoying the buffet.

This is a very good Puerto Rican buffet! It has a lot of variety and is better than most of the Asian buffets. Definitely worth checking out!

They lost their touch on the flavor. On simple food like a steak medium rare it was like shoe leather. The rice tasted like cardboard box should I go on.

It's a bit overpriced if you only eat one meal, but good for gathering with family. We had a party of 8 and had a good time with a good atmosphere.

Update 2023:
Excelent service good food. The steakes are actually really good. Ad for a lower term on the beef they tend to cook it a little bit more than what you ask for.
Had been waiting some time to go there. I like going there because in addition to some other cuisine, they include local food. Got there and went directly as to what they had that I liked. I dove in and the first one was extremely salty. I served it, so I had to eat. I hate being wasteful.
Went on and sorry to say, history repeated it self. Salads won't let you down. Normally they cook great. Not on this visit. I'll give them another try on my next visit. I won't give up on Bonanza!
