Went here for the crepes and we found it to be a very lovely place! I have been to only one other crepe place in the New Haven area, hard to find! Wonderful.

Owner was very pleasant and made some great crepes my husband git a wrap and it was really delicious as well. They have their own little seating area as well.

My brother and I purchased a lemonade, an affogato, a crepe w/ strawberries & whipped cream, and a crepe w/ oreos and vanilla ice cream. Everything was absolutely amazing. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was great too. There was just one lady working, but she was holding down the fort very well with a pleasant smile on her face. 100% would recommend this place. It's very cute & I'm definitely coming back.

Is difficult to believe this place look interesting to visit and buy some treats but when you arrive there the atmosphere and negative energy is too much the lady in the front is the more rude human being I see in my life now I understand why them have 3.8 star. Advice you can said no or I don't can do it without being rude. Customer service is business too.

Good sanwiches , rude service , inconsistent smoothie flavor one day its good the next it taste like water. the the old lady owner is rude so i only come here when her employess are working ! They do everything better than the grumpy lady ... avoid that grumpy lady u will have a terrible experience with her

Disappointed after ordering a double espresso and instead received a very small portion of what must have been filtered coffee. Would not recommend if you are looking for a espresso beverage.

I went here with my family before and the service and attitude of the staff was so unwelcoming and disrespectful. The woman at the cash register was acting very rude when I came to order and she continuously rolled her eyes. Not to mention the food was not cooked properly and was cold.
Edit: This is responding to the owner who’s very frantically trying to act all innocent when she knows what she did. Your gaslighting doesn’t work on me or anyone else with a brain. Seriously, before you tried to create a business for yourself maybe learn how to treat people with respect instead of being racist and serving cold and honestly inedible and tasteless food. You honestly need to be shut down and the sheer fact that even at your old age you can’t even admit to your issues is honestly depressing. I’m so very sorry that your life is so miserable that you have to lie in order to keep a steady income because otherwise you’d be broke. Enjoy the rest of your years old hag ! 🥰

Over 20 mins for a chicken sandwich that was cold. The lady taking my order said that they don’t serve my “kind” just because I’m Muslim and wear a hijab. I was so shocked since it came out of nowhere and that nobody said anything. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
Edit: You are the biggest GASLIGHTER I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. The AUDACITY you have, pretending that I am the malicious one when literal hours ago you attacked me because of your discrimination?

First of all when I ordered the chicken sandwich it was literally raw. Second of all the lady taking my order was rude for some reason and overall giving me the worst costumer service.
I got a reply to my review after I sent the first message above. You clearly didn’t get my message the first time so here I am repeating myself. I never asked anything about the food being halal so I’d like to clarify what I said before. Looking at the other bad reviews it clearly showed that I wasn’t the only one that got rude costumer service from you or whoever. And I was also not the only one that got to taste your awful food your serving. It is dangerous to serve raw chicken and you clearly don’t understand that. And don’t worry about me coming over to your nasty establishment again because nobody should ever get food poisoning from someone that doesn’t know how to run an establishment and gives people the worst costumer service.
