Amazing food and environment. Server made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of! They were able to offer plenty of vegan and vegetarian options for me and my family. Great comfortable seating available including booth and bar seating which allowed us to have options. The food itself was delicious and fresh. This is our new favorite spot! Came in with my family of five adults. We have been here many times and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich keeps me coming back! I have always had good food here, but, tonight they missed the mark. The chicken sandwich smelled and tasted like ashes. I thought it could just be me, but the others at the table smelled it too, and agreed. Our server came to check on us, and asked if I need a box and I just told her I didn't. She asked if something was wrong and I said that although I have had this sandwich before, it just wasn't good this time. No harm, no foul. I wasn't even going to mention it. She went and told the manager who came back to tell me that the sauce is the same as it always was and the sandwich is fine. She took the plate only to return to the table to try and argue her point further. When I got the check, the manager did refund the sandwich and charged for a side of fries. The fries that she took when she took my plate. This sandwich had one bite out of it. I wasn't looking for free food, and I certainly didn't think it was even worth the way the manager treated me. The name is weird but the food is fantastic! I had the pizza burger and had reservations that it would be too much of a good thing. It was not! It was absolutely delicious and I will definitely eat it again when I’m hungry in two or three years! The service was good and the restaurant itself was well laid out and comfortable. Tables / booths are big.. Maybe too big. We had to eat on the edges of our seats. All of our food came out hot and fresh. The cauliflower Buffalo appetizer was surprisingly excellent. I'm a chicken guy but we the cauliflower due to vegetarians in our party.. And it tasted like chicken straight up. Cactus chips were in my opinion too crispy and the seasoning was caked on too much. The pizza burger was really good and filling. Fries are really average but that's a good thing. My wife loved her Mac and cheese. It had a queso like kick to it which was a flavor enhancer. I thought my ultimate pepperoni pizza needed a lot more sauce but it still tasted good. My in laws liked their impossible burger (well seasoned) and the margarita pizza. Decent prices, beautiful interior (recently renovated) and friendly service. 2.5 stars. On a Friday night, a place like this should be packed. Now I know why. Food was great. Chef even came out and delivered the food to us. First time ever being to this franchise. Bar staff acted like they were too busy to serve food. Thus when Chef came out with our food, he had a few words with them. The bar area wasn't even 1/4 full. 2 well trained people could easily handle the load. We didn't get napkins or condiments (ketchup or other sauces.) The one guy does have medical issues but kudos to him for stepping up to try and help out. So enough about staff. Atmosphere is definitely a sports bar... sit back, relax, take your sweet time and chill. Could be a little darker lighting but that was it. I will go back because there are some food Items other restaurants won't try to serve. Looks delish! Great food and fantastic service/staff. The new owners are very welcoming and nice. Good vegetarian options as well - I really enjoyed the cauliflower wings with Asian glaze, Beyond burger, nachos, and truffle fries. The restaurant has a lot of space and nice drinks too. Great ownership with a good friendly staff and a great atmospher..the food is always great and the beer is ice cold. They are also very kind to my kids every time which is huge for me.. Manager lied to my face and argued with me when I called him out. My thin crust margarita pizza had no flavor and was black and dry. I've eaten there 10 times and same pizza every time. Always juicy and salty. Same d that's how thin crust comes out. Waitress apologized over and over. Don't lie to a regular customer. Lost me as a customer. Fire that manager.
