The restaurant was very busy and should have had more help. However, the one server they had was great. She was able to take orders quickly and get drinks served quickly. To help her out the chef was delivering the food. The food tasted very good. Nice. Newly opened restaurant. They were busy, but we were able to get seated immediately. I had the walleye that was tasty with a corn meal/ crumb coating. Lightly seasoned waffle frys and coleslaw (I would have preferred not to have red pepper in it) were also served. My only complaint was that the portion was too large and only offered in one size. We love this place. We stop in for a round of drinks on the way to Watersmeet every time we visit friends there. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, as are the staff. The prices are very nice. Yesterday, we found out about the take-n-bake pizzas and, since we knew we'd arrive at our friend's cabin too late to cook and too late to go out somewhere, the pizzas sounded like a good idea. And they were great!
