This isn't too bad of a bowling alley. It is a little older, and the pins are very easy if that makes sense. There is a little shop. The front desk gentleman was very polite and quick to help. However, at our lane was 2 full trays of left food and trash, and not once did we get asked if we wanted to order anything. We had a ball stuck in our gutter for 5 full rounds after mentioning it and pressing the call button. The restroom was quite dirty. The arcade is descent for a bowling alley arcade, and the ambiance is nice. *Management reached out with a very pleasant conversation about how to fix these simple, yet impactful mistakes. Looking forward to visiting again with good intentions of re-editing this review.

Staff was very nice. We had the club sandwich wrap and fries. Food was great and price was good. We watched senior bowl tournament, it was fun. We are going back to bowl ourselves. Fun and affordable date.

Bowlero is the best bang for buck fun! The food, the music and the staff are so wonderful! I had a lovely gentleman named Kyle take care of me as I was here. He was amazing! Super polite, respectful and I was beyond satisfied with his customer service! Will DEFINITELY be coming back again.

Had our company Summer Bowling Party here. It was a wonderful fun experience for our teammates and their families. Food, drinks, and desserts were always being served for our 3 hour event. We had 12 lanes, Billiards, and children got arcade cards to play free games. Adults were able to get tickets for adult alcoholic beverages. Manager Stephanie was always checking on us along with all the staff. Thank you Bowlero.

Took my family to go bowling last night, we haven't been in months. This location is one of our favorites to go too. We bowled 2 games and ordered food as well as drinks. Staff is usually always good except one host I actually was not very pleased with. I asked him if we could please get a pizza to go box, since we had over half a pizza left. He said yes, then as he goes to get it but then a group next to us asked him if they could order food and he turns around and looks at me and says I'll get you the box when I can. I waited a bit, I was like okay. He is multitasking, I get it. I understand. But then after he gets the order he proceeded to the kitchen (where the boxes are) and I'm like okay we are getting the box now. NOPE... he come out with the drinks for the group next to us. Finally, after about 5 minutes I just walked over and got the bartender to go in the back to get me one. Like I was patient and waited but I guess that it was too much of an inconvenience for the host to go get us a box.

This bowling alley could be much better. They remodeled a few years ago and while it LOOKS nice some of the lanes are constantly malfunctioning, pins fall over randomly on certain lanes, and balls get stuck in the machinery. Some lanes are plagued with these problems and often times teams must be moved to better functioning lanes in the middle of league play. Servers for drinks and food is difficult to get. The one server for the entire building has to constantly be hunted down to get an order in. Sometimes it's easier to walk up to the bar to order unless there's a crowd there. The biggest problem here is that we're all bowling and it takes your mind and focus off the game when you have to constantly look around between turns to track down the server. It didn't used to be this hard. In the summer I'd recommend shorts and tank tops since the air conditioning barely works.
