Very nice offering for a hotel restaurant. I had a very nice salad with salmon and my wife had a smash burger, both were very good at the end of long day of travel. A very nice option not requiring an Uber ride. Would recommend! Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The walleye was great its a starter but a meal in itself. The galic fries are worth it if they are free with your meal they are enough for 3-4 people to share. I wish they tosses the fries in the garlic sauce before bringing them out so it Melts into the fries evenly but that's just a preference. Really great food — I had an impossible burger with a really nice fresh salad. Service is always friendly. Prices for food are reasonable ($20 for burger and salad), but the drinks are overpriced. My normal IPA set me back $12. I don’t think that foosball table in the photo is still there. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Bradstreet Burger
So after 11 hours of delayed flights we finally made it to Minneapolis. This restuarant is in the Intercontinental hotel which is connected to the airport. They had a limited late night menu which has a pretty good variety. But because of black Friday and the crazy weather I am sure the food would of probably been better. Now the only reason I even gave 3 stars is because of how friendly the staff were. The Cobb salad was good for my standards because I love balsamic vinaigrette but if you are not a fan put the dressing on the side. They put way too much on there. My son got the Bradstreet burger which was good also but the caesar salad was way too fishy so if you dont like the taste of fishy dressing you probably dont want it. (Because its probably made from scratch) The shoe string fries were good (had to replace the salad) I ordered the artichoke crab dip which is served with a very dried type of baguette. It says crackers but its bread. This dip does not skip out on the crab. Its delicious! I also got the Flamingo which was a wonderful and refreshing drink made with rum and coconut water. But for a restaurant that charges the prices they do for the food... I thought it could of been better.

Great burger, though $6 for a slice of bacon seems a tad too pricey. Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It's airport food, pricier than many other places. Nice lounge. Order from the bar for very fast service when pressed for travel. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent service but I feel that $12 for each 10-12oz pour of beer is robbery, especially when they don’t even put the prices on the menu for beer. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Brisket was disappointing and sides were not stellar. The walleye was the saving grace of the meal, but it wasn't any different than other walleye dishes in the rest of the state. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

When I return from business trips, my husband meets me at the Bradstreet Crafthouse. It's our date night for the weeks I travel. We sit at the bar, share an entre, and talk about our week. The bartender Bob is a joy! He makes great drinks and pops in for a few lively glips to our conversation. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Flight delays left us with no other options of food to eat. We arrived one hour before closing at 10pm and were stuck overnight. Our waitress, Gwen, took ten minutes to take our order, then thirty minutes just to bring us one round of drinks in a not even 1/4th full restaurant (where there were multiple other servers) while being very attentive to her other tables. After stopping my sister mid sentence during ordering and telling her she was being rude, telling her to “write it down or something” and storming off, we were completely baffled by that waitress’s behavior. She took so long that three separate times we went to the bar to ask if they could just let us open up a new tab at the bar since our waitress was taking her sweet time. The atmosphere was nice, the food was okay, the drinks were poured nice and strong, and there was a LOVELY young deaf lady who helped us FAR more than our waitress. You need more people like her and less like Gwen. Maybe she was having a bad day, but with that attitude she should not be dealing with customers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
