I hope a decent latte is in my near future. Tastes like iced milk. And I got it twice just in case the first one was a flop. It was $8. Service was subpar both times. And they charge 3% if you don't use cash. Bagels are pretty good. Hoping they start serving the dairy free community soon. Nothing vegan or dairy free for food available. I suppose I could get regular coffee there. But even when I tried to do that at noon there was no hot black coffee available. It's too expensive for the experience. It's my only coffee shop within 18 minutes of me... So I'm hoping this feedback gets to the right person! Brooklyn's has done a great job of standardizing excellence. By and large, you know what you can expect for food or drink any day of the week because they are consistent. The service is always good, and the atmosphere is welcoming for casual get-togethers, meetings, or solo remote work. Great establishment! My drink, my husband's and my son's were all over the top WAYYYYY to sweet. For my son to say that, says a lot. Tasted like half a bottle of syrup was poured in each. We were camping in the area and so this is a one time visit. My son-in-law did tell me the bagels are amazing. Wish we had tried those! Also, when following directions by Google Maps, it brings us to the back road behind the business. It did the same thing for my son who was meeting us here. Maybe update Google? Bagels were fresh however it was only around 12pm and almost every bagel sold out. There were a few different sweet flavors no plain or savory. I guess that shows how well liked they are though! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Not a place I would bring toddlers or infants, but it's a great place to get a bite of good food. Usually I go with the queens but last time I went with the pizza bagel it was great. They are a little more costly but not over the top and you get what you pay for. The food is good and I love the Friday special which is the HOUSE MOCHA FRAPPE I always get frozen dark chocolate kind! I give 3 stars on service ONLY because this location is pretty slow. Someone always greets me saying they will be right with me, but that does take longer than one would expect. When I go to the location in North Muskegon service is MUCH faster! Great muffins for the kids and bagel sandwiches for us grownups. Plus the drink menu has so many options. From hot to cold coffees, lemonades, and chai's. Yum yum and yum. The service is great too, the girls behind the counter that were there when I was there were so nice. Great place. My favorite bagel place I’ve ever been to. I live in New Orleans but always come when I’m in town. The jalapeño cream cheese is top notch. If you’re feeling dangerous, get it in the jalapeño cheddar bagel. If you’re feeling normal, also stellar on the everything bagel. The coffee is full bodied and taste great.
