Nice new Brown coffee shop on the new Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville express way. This is on the side of the road that is heading south at the Kampong Seila rest stop there is one that looks exactly the same on the other side of the road heading north also at Kampong Seila. Nice coffee nice atmosphere. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

A favorite spot for stop-over on the PP-SHV Expressway. Very nice and cozy place to take a break from the drive and enjoy some hot coffee. Located at Kampong Seila, the coffee shop is very well designed and their staffs are friendly and helpful. Recommend for people travelling on the PP-SHV Expressway to grab their favorite BROWN drinks, relaxing and enjoy the scenery before continue on their journey.
