The cleanliness of this restaurant was horrible. It was extremely unappetizing looking at the counters where they were preparing our food with gross looking rags, and crumbs and dried on cream cheese everywhere. Floors were disgusting. Ordered a bagel sandwich and opened it up and the lettuce placed on it was brown to the point of being black. It was unbelievable that person could even think of using it on a sand which. TBH I’m glad they’ve finally listed this as temporarily closed. The store was always locked with a hand written sign on the door that says only online orders or door dash. I ordered online from them twice over the past 6 months and the sign was on both times, upon knocking to be let in the get my online orders I placed, the crew would simply look out the windows at me for a few minutes before coming over to crack the door slightly and repeat what was written on the sign. Finally I would be let in to get my online order. Bruegger’s should be mortified to put their name on a store conducting business in this way.

Oh, precious, we went to Brueggers Bagels, yes we did, but what a disappointment it was! Nasty Bagelses! The place was filthy, yes, filthy! Dirt and crumbs everywhere, it was. I just had an awful experience at this Brueggers. It was unclean. I asked for my sandwich toasted because I’m pregnant and it was barely warmed. Changing from 2 stars to one. Went this morning around 745am to buy a bunch of bagels for the office. Sign says they open at 730am. Door locked. Waved at staff thinking they just forgot to unlock it. Nope - only doing catering orders. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE. Never returning to this location. I understand lots of restaurants are short staffed and times are tough but...the bathroom was filthy here, and the everything bagels were massively overcooked to the point of being inedible- felt like I was about to break a tooth on it.

Short staffed, I understand and sympathize. But you don’t make bagels for 10 people in line for them to have to wait 30 to be rung up so they have to eat their bagel sandwich cold. Make a few ring a few up. Or just have one person making the food and the other ringing up. Took 45 minutes to just get a bagel box rung up.

So rude. I can’t even believe how rudely the staff is to their customers, but even as understaffed, if someone has been waiting for 30-45 minutes for their food and they ask a question and you immediately snap at them maybe you need to find a new job not so stressful on you. This place is about 25% staffed. Go elsewhere. Update: waited 15 minutes for my preorder. Had to wait in line despite making the preorder ( they were helping people who walked in after me, so I just got in line.) hastily made sandwich way worth the wait, but I’ve walked out before at this location and there’s no way to get a refund. Shout out to the one girl trying to keep up with everything, but truly hope more people avoid this location.
