From the moment we walked in to us leaving, my expectations were met! All the staff are very attentive and courteous and you can sense the “family feel”. I would love to give a SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT to our server ALAN, who helped us tonight with our table of 20. He made sure to always check on our table and his energy was absolutely captivating. We ordered probably half the menu and everything came out delicious! Keep in mind that everything is family style so there are no single servings. By far, my favorite part is the tour that the hosts take you on that leads you through the kitchen and into different sections of the dining room. Italians are all about family and this location does a great job of radiating it! By the way, their birthday traditions are one of a kind! Been here several times, never a disappointment! Family style dinning, we usually order top two favorites and then choose something new. Everything is always delicious, everyone is always friendly! Bring your appetite! Only downside, the building in the summer time is super cold inside. (Texas heat outside I guess) However a sweater or light jacket is something I always bring inside. Chris the manager of Buca restored my faith in people and restaurants. He went out of his way to make things right for a senior that doesn’t drive. I’m amazed at his kindness and sense of doing the right thing. Wow Chris thank you so very much. Best restaurant Manager ever!! Anyone knows me would tell you I never liked Italian food until I came here. The food was great the service perfect and the photos on the wall and the photos on the wall made me experience even better. After coming here it made me realize that I do actually love Italian food, the problem was I only had Olive Garden. To make things even better my daughter left her bracelet here and they actually put in a safe. When I came to get they gave it back with no issues and gave me a free tea for the road I highly recommend this place.

Really loved our waiter Alan he was very attentive and recommended many great choices. All the food is sharable size so it is definitely great for family. We had the fettuccine alfredo and chicken Parmigiana both small and it was good for 5 people 4 adults and 1 preteen . We took leftovers home so small is perfect for a family of 5 the drinks are also sharable definitely recommend amalfi blue wave. Alan was amazing get him as a waiter he's great. I had the calamari for appetizer, it was really bad, extremely greasy, extremely chewy and the breading had already separated when I got it, not to mention.. flavorless. It was 23$ and that’s for a very small portion. I ordered the ravioli for dinner.. barely warm.. flavor was nonexistent, even though the portions were very large, it was 35$. Which of fine if it was good. The only reason I gave it another star is the service. It was above average. I hope it was just a bad day for them. No one up front when you entered had to holler loud several times to get someone to come. There are no prices on the go menu. Asked person about size, he was rushed to get my order and quickly process it and get it paid for then answer any questions about size of entrées and how many people will it feed.
