First time trying Buddy’s Bakery… was good, good quality, little pricey.
Good selection for sure.
If you wanna try a bakery in Hudson, give it a try.
Nice inside for seating area!
That said, nothing special.
Pros: The pastries and donuts were sooooo good! I tried several different kinds of baked goods and loved each one. Way better than most of the other bakeries I've visited in the Western WI/ Eastern MN area (which is, admittedly, a lot)
Cons: While I, personally, am willing to pay more for better food, I do want to note that the prices for sweets are a bit higher than many other bakeries. For me, though, it's definitely worth it!
Also, when I visited, it was PACKED with people, so the wait in a line was a little long, but again, this is simply a sign that they are doing something right, to have so many customers!
I would absolutely go here again... and again!

Are you looking for Bagel, Donuts, or breakfast sandwiches made locally? Are you looking for a place that accepts on-line orders? Do you need this place to be able to take time to make your order AND get it wrong? Then this is the place for you and I would NOT waste time visiting them. I guess the convenience fee charged with the order is for me to not be happy with the outcome of this visit.

First time at Buddy’s today… donuts were delicious. Cashier didn’t know what a cold press was, but we figured out their “Nitro” was pretty much the same thing. Not just an iced coffee, thank you. I recommend adding the words cold brew or cold press to that menu item!
But the breakfast wrap was VERY bland. Almost tasteless. There was cheese, egg, and bacon. But nothing had flavor. It was hard to finish.
I’ll be back for the donuts, definitely.
The bagel breakfast sandwich I had was very good. The bacon jam special 😋
The only reason for the 3 stars on service was that they were very busy and the wait was long. It also seemed like some folks were cutting the line for food.

We’ve been going to Buddy’s for their breakfast bagel sandwiches for years. Incredible.
One day not too long ago, We saw they did custom donuts for birthdays and knew we needed to do this for our 1 year olds birthday coming up. Went in and made an order with ease. Showed up when I requested for pick up and just like that we had our dessert for our little lady’s big day! Delicious and thanks buddy’s for the great donuts and service!!!
Wow! Great bagels. Friendly, helpful customer service. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. Soft bagel, well seasoned eggs, and lots of tasty bacon included. The sweet treats look amazing. Can’t wait to come back.
I was here this morning, I ordered an Asiago bagel with olive pimento cream cheese. The was bagel absolutely amazing, and the customer service was phenomenal! Davon was the man behind the counter, and you can just tell by his friendliness and multitasking skills that he truly cares about providing good service, AND creating delicious food and drinks. I will definitely be back, it was a wonderful first experience at Buddy’s!
We loved everything about our experience at Buddy's Bakery! It was great to be able to get both donuts and lunch all at the same place. We got there just before 1pm on a Thursday and they still had a really great selection of donuts left for that late in the day- including some fresh and delicious apple cider donuts which were exactly what my boys wanted to try.
They were really understanding even though it took me a little longer to order with 3 small kids. They were even having a somewhat unexpected rush of customers at the time, but were still amazingly friendly and helpful- not to mention that the guy helping us hustled like crazy making our food. He was so great, and the food was very delicious!
Even though we live in MN, I can definitely see us coming back across the border to visit Buddy's again.
