A Buffalo Wild Wings night out is always a good time. This location we went as we were staying at the Drury Inn and Suites and it is within walking distance to the hotel. The service was very good and she did a great job to make sure our order went in before the kitchen closed for the night. We both enjoyed an order of the three street tacos and a dozen mango habanero and a dozen blazing wings. We ordered a couple beers and a shot of Jameson. The waitress was so kind in even offering us some pickle juice with our Jameson. As with so many Buffalo Wild Wings it has plenty of space and is very clean. No one greeted us at the door. We stood there for 10 minutes. The manager kept glancing at us but never said anything to us. I had to walk to ask about seating - ridiculous! Although we were told to sit anywhere, a waitress refused to allow us to sit at a table where we chose to sit. She said, “No you cannot sit here because I am saving it for someone.” Really? Of note: The table remained empty during the time that we were there and ate our food. Ironically, we had a great server at another table and it all worked out just fine due to that waiter. I would not reorder the “Cajun fries.” They’re not Cajun-flavored just regular fries with dark seasoning and no flavor. The rest of the food was as expected from Buffalo Wild Wings. We thought the nachos with chicken were great.

I knew the service is super slow here, so I set my timer this time. It took over 45 minutes to get our food right this time. This is not including the time to get the waitresses attention to finally order. They kept bringing us random food that wasn't what we ordered. If you want to just sit undisturbed for hours and watch TV, this might be your place. We tried 5 different flavors of traditional wings. Frankly they were all pretty similar and even 'mild' wings (we ordered some hot, medium and Buffalo too) were quite spicy, unless we literally just never got what we ordered. $7.00 for 2 sodas .... $11.00 for an appetizer .... $2.00 extra just because we wanted flats.... $80.00 for 2 adults and 1 child to eat lunch.... Wings were extremely small and over cooked which made them very dry.... BW 's is one of my favorite places to eat.... But slowly becoming one a favorite.... Hmm, where do I start. Costumer service is simply lacking! The food is okay, I think I prefer the Savoy location. Won’t be coming back for a while. The seasoning on the food wasn’t spread out, some parts had while other didn’t. I mean I can just order naked wings in that case! I just want what I ordered. But it’s all good, not sure when I’ll be visiting again.

No host to seat you, was just going to sit at the bar since I went alone. All seats were full so I told the bartender I’d sit next to the bar. She didn’t get to me for another 10 minutes. Just when she was about to get my drink order as I pulled out my menu she walked away to seat another guest. Got my food everything was warm not very fresh, no honey bbq like I asked for, and mac and cheese was so cold. Definitely not busy I wish they’d cook to order. Not a horrific experience but let down. I’ll never give up on BWW but this location had the tiniest wings I’ve ever had. I wish I took a photo,I ate all 10 traditional mango habanero when usually I’d have 4 or 5 left

I'm not sure what's going on with their system, or if they just don't read tickets but my daughter orders the sampler every time we eat there.. Everytime for the last 4 times, she pays for extra southwest ranch along with the ones that automatically come with the sampler and none of the sauces will be in there . The service was amazing Misty was our server and she was just so sweet and awesome.
