Was a Sunday football day so I'll give a little give on the review. But waited for about 6mins for a seat for 3 people, there were open seats throughout the establishment so don't know why they weren't sitting people faster. Our server was good, she was working tables along with the bar so getting drinks was some what a hassle, but didn't really bother me as I was taking my time on my drink. The food took a long time to come out unfortunately. Got 40wings and a burger with fries. I would say we waited 24 to 30 mins for the food. Watch two quarters of football before getting served. Our food was cold. It took an hour for our food to come. We told the server the food is cold. She came out with extra fries. My mom had to ask if her wings can be warmed up. The server gave her semi-hot wings. The wings did not have any sauce on them. Well…. We ate our food. The food could have been good but the food was cold. Our server had a little attitude. This is a lovely B-dubs. We got take out, some delicious mac & cheese. As soon as I walked in, I was asked how many were in my party and I had to unfortunately share that we were getting take out. They were pretty busy, but that’s a good thing!! A poppin business is important. We got our food pretty quick and THEY HAVE APPLE PAY!! They answered the phone fast as well. As we were leaving, we were encouraged to have a nice day, which was SO NICE! I also loved the Christmas decor and the games being on! Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings! Also, great ranch!! The worst buffalo wings out of 16 states ive been to; nothing but college students hired at this place so they always lack servers cooks and staff,and also is very unprofessional. We had to argue with seating staff to get satt down when the whole business was empty ,never got our order taken and no drinks. 6 people on the clock standing around and didn't bother to provide us with service instead got kicked out by shift manager when his employee decided to become aggressive. Our waitress was good, the food could use some improvements. They are very skimpy on everything food wise. You dont get what you pay for, every appetizer is $10+ and there is barely any food. Wings are average but the food came out all scrambled so I dont know if we got all our wings we paid for. I dont recommend this place. Air conditioner was on full blast and it was 35° outside. Was not too impressed. We waited for almost an hour for our food. I'm usually pretty patient especially during a football game however waiting for almost an hour and no one checking up on us is not okay. I had to stop a waitress and ask about our food. We finally got our food and our food was cold; fries, hamburger and wings. We told the waitress and got new batches of fries and the wings came back hot but no sauce on the wings. 😩 I hope management reads these reviews and make changes to improve.

This place is great if you want to lose weight because my whole house had to visit the restroom within an hour of eating. No danger of gaining weight if your body can’t process the food. I eat tons of fast food and am not sensitive to grease or anything. Probably the teenagers running it don’t understand how salmonella works. Clean your kitchen. I come here about once a week after I get my laundry done next door. It’s usually me and my infant daughter. I have ALWAYS had exceptional service from the staff. They are always very accommodating, even with a large stroller and sometimes, a fussy child. Even with Greek life fundraisers going on, they are hard working, good people who always take care of you.
