Went there for lunch with my family. We were served swiftly by very friendly waitress. Food was also very tasty and noise level was so low, that conversations could be held without having to speak out loud. I enjoyed my stay there. Some of the worst service I have received in a long time. Worked in a restaurant for many years so Typically do not say anything at all. 72 dollar bill one adult three children under ten. Ordered drinks and appetizers (both) were received before a cup of milk and sprite. Waitress didn’t bring them nor did she check on the taste. Told her I have three kids bring food out as it is ready. Two meals came out then 5 minutes later third child and then way later my brisket tacos. My food dropped of By my waitress rest by food runners. Again never checked to see if we needed anything or if food was ok I had to yell to her at another table. Had to seek out a manager to tell him how awful service was and offered a comp dessert. Told him don’t want 8 dollar dessert when I’m spending 100 dollars with tip on food. Service was so bad another server, Mattie, who was amazing came over to check on us and tell us she would take care of us if we needed anything. Never heard anything from the manager again. Picture enclosed is of all of the stuff in front of my baby that the ‘server’, who came to out table three times throughout our meal beside dropping of the check and getting her tip, left the entire meal appetizer to finish. Garbage for trying to spend a night with your sons and spending nearly 100 bucks. Mattie the server was th e only saving Grace. Edit: received response to go to Buffalo Wild Wings website to report issue. That was done the day after the original review was written, approximately a week ago. Not surprisingly, was never contacted or reached out to after that was completes. Seems to be a trend… Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The widest array of flavors on chicken wings, including a number of dry-rub options. They may be a little on the small side, especially when considering price per wing, but they are consistent on flavor and crispiness. Great place to watch sports with TV viewing from any seat. Good selection of beers and a well-rounded menu if chicken wings aren't your thing. My friends and I decided to get food after a very nice day. We were seated promptly &’ initially helped for our drinks. My fries came out 20 minutes before the rest of anyone’s food. Okay, fine no big deal. Once our food finally came out, our waitress, Lauren, only checked on us once. I finally found another server to get us checked out so we could leave. We arrived roughly around 8:45. For a Tuesday it didn’t seem that packed, but we were not able to leave until after 10:10 p.m. We are all waitresses, so we are all understanding and usually pretty good tippers. Although, this time around our service sucked. We waited a long time for our server to bring back our money, even after the other waitress (or bartender) helped us. We all love Buffalo Wild Wings and don’t know if it was just the night the waitress was having but definitely the worst experience we’ve had. Nice layout. Big tvs full of all kinds of sports. Brought in a friend that was really impressed with the size of the place. Service was good until I needed the check and the waitress disappeared. This Buffalo Wild Wings had some friendly staff plus a very unique and open interior that I enjoyed. My bartender was always quick to serve me so I never spent much time with an empty glass. My food came out pretty quickly, however not all the chicken was coated with sauce. Not a huge deal, but I expect a little more care with the food considering its the flagship item. Great sports bar! I love this place to relax watch multiple games. UPDATE: revisited tonight, June 24, 2021 with server Matthew recommending caramel with my cheese curds... and wow, it was a party in my mouth! Thank you. Everyone, you have to try these (and he deserves a raise) Please have employees stop touching the top of drink glasses with their bare hands and sticking their hands on the limes and orange slices ... food gloves should be used.
