I was shocked. I enjoyed my time here. I ordered the street tacos. I wasn't expecting much. Wow, layers of flavors. I literally said wow out loud. The bartender explained it was a training store so they are on top of it here. Food came out super quick, the bartender was very friendly and talkative. The bar was lighter and more well lit than the dining area, and looked more fun so I went there. Everything looked clean. Service was above average. I know BWW is best known for their buffalo wings, but this burger, the Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger, has got to be one of the best burger I've ever eaten. Absolutely fantastic. First time trying this location and we ordered takeout and half way threw our dinner my boyfriend found 2 wings with feathers, yes FEATHERS still on the wings cooked into it. We are disgusted and appalled and almost got sick due to the site of this. We WILL NEVER eat at this location and most likely no BWW's ever again. Nope!! Nope!! Didn't get to watch the Super Bowl because of the bald headed bartender couldn't do his job and keep up with the shots. $154 later and all I had was a double shot of bourbon 2 beers, and bought shots for the loosing team but I got cut off because I made the comment that his tips were going down the drain. If you want to earn tips do your job!! If you don't want to earn tips then continue on. His excuse was I threatened his tips. That is absolutely not a reason to cut off a patron paying your wages. I took it immediately to the night manager. He said if your cut off there is a reason. Yep the reason is your only bartender was threatened. Little did he know I have enough on my resume to be his boss!! Own the BW3 that he's currently working at. I get liable insurance, cut off those that will cause harm to others or them selves. Not the issue here. Simply deny customer service because your butt hurt because someones more qualified calls you out. Nope we don't want excuses, we want results. Take that to corporate because I am!! Absolutely not acceptable!! Looks like we were over charged to boot. The manager needs to look at the cameras. I only had 2 small coors lights. Was charged 4?? I’m a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, and I’ve visited quite a few locations over the years. However, I must say that this particular Buffalo Wild Wings stands out as the best one I’ve ever been to. The food quality and flavor consistency at Buffalo Wild Wings have always impressed me, but this location takes it to the next level. Whether it’s their signature wings, mouthwatering sauces, or the variety of appetizers and sides, everything I’ve tried here has been nothing short of delicious. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. The staff is not only attentive but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure that your dining experience is enjoyable. If you’re a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings or just love fantastic wings in general, I highly recommend giving this location a visit. The wings were a little overpriced as they were tiny and did not come with anything else. The AC was at full blast and I was freezing the whole time. Our server was friendly but not really, if you know what I mean. All in all, I've decided to stick with Wing Stop. Second trip in a row of being seated, waiting 5-7 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment of anyone. The time before I waited as long for help, for the woman to tap the QR code on the table. Food was dropped off with no drinks. Drinks followed when we were almost done with the meal. We paid via app, and never saw anyone again. So we waited for 1:18 to get a seat after they sat 2 people on a 6 top that had been waiting 10 min. Then after ordering we have been setting here for 35min waiting on food. That was cold! I always get take out and 90% of the time I’m waiting on my food but no longer than an extra 10/15 mins. This time it was ready guess they forgot something because what is also consistent is how stingy and dry they are about the sauce on your wings. Just picked up a 15 and 10 piece traditional and out of 25 there were 5 total that had a drop of sauce and the rest were completely dry. If I wanted dry that’s what I would have ordered.
