Food was consistent with other locations so it was delicious. Presention could have been a little neater. Customer service needs to implement more effort. We waited several minutes to be seated. Finally I stopped someone who was getting off and they assisted us with seating. Our waitress was really nice but definitely overworked because she didnt have 1 section but the entire restaurant! It seemed like their was a good bit of staff but they were just standing around. Training? Maybe? I understand it takes a while for a new establishment to work out the kinks so I will revisit in a few months and hope to see improvement! There is a patio, but it's not usable in the rain as the cover is merely decorative. Eating inside is a non-starter with how dense, crowded, and noisy it is. They'll tell you they have an indoor patio, which is silly. I checked, It is not a patio any more than an outdoor bedroom is a bedroom. If there's no outside airflow, that. Does. Not. Count. Service is slow, pickup order took 50 minutes, and it was pretty obvious they didn't start on it until I arrived. Food is what you expect from BW but portions are less than they used to be for nearly 50% more money. Gotta do better. Ordered online the 10 wings with Jamaican Jerk and Asian Zing sauce with fries. I received an email saying my order would be ready in 30 minutes (2:30pm). I arrive about 2:28pm and the Togo gentleman looked my order up on the computer and read it out to me. 5 Jerk wings, 5 Asian wings, fren fries, ranch dressing, carrots and celery. I said yes that is my order. I was told it would be about 5 more minutes. No biggy except the noise was so loud in the facility it was making me nauseous. Several TV volumes were very high and you could hear customers screaming across the table to talk to one another. I was happy my order was to go. Few minutes went by and he called my name and handed me the order already bagged up. I only live a mile from the restaurant but I still couldn’t resist sneaking a couple fries. To my surprise they were just warm like they were sitting on a plate for 10 -15 minutes. When I got home and pulled the order out of the bag all the wings were Asian Zing. The flavor of the wings were good and fried well, but they were only lukewarm warm. The sauce was even sticky, not runny at all even in the bottom of the container. The ranch dressing is the typical franchise restaurant however the carrots and celery were crisp and flavorful. By looking at the packaging it appears items are prepared before hand and ready to go. This was my first time back in a Buffalo Wild Wings in about 10 years and Im not ready to go back even though I am interested in the Jamakin jerk sauce. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I tried. Our server was great, and the food was good, the environment was good but we did have a problem with the bartender not wanting to serve us drinks asked by our waiter and she keep serving pass last call to the bar area and was giving a hard time to our waiter who was a great server but I did feel like she did feel a certain way about us and giving us drinks not making it a bias thing but she did make it seem like it was so. So if you're ever here, just take into consideration that service may be bias to certain people. Other wise servers and managers and food were great. Our waitress must have known the family across from us because that is where she spent the entire time we were there. Other tables were served quicker than we were and we could not get her attention to get our drinks refilled. I am sure it was just the server being preoccupied. It will be a while before we return, as this was my first time there and it did not leave a good impression. Wings were fried a bit too hard but not too bad. We had a party of 15 for a military function and the customer service was awesome. overall we had a great experience. We love having this restaurant on this side of town! My neighbors and myself all had great experiences here. Especially with them just opening we were very impressed. The kids meals were great portions and the wings were cooked perfectly. The brisket tacos were actually good as well. I was surprised! The food came out promptly! The food was good, and the staff was courteous. My buddy and I sat at the bar, and it took a while to place our order, and then once it was placed, we waited 20 mins and then asked the bartender about it. He checked and said our order was the next to come out. I know this is a new location and that there will always be kinks to work out, so I will give the restaurant another try. Had a great experience tonight. After reading reviews, I was a little skeptical with what to expect. Staff was friendly and plentiful. Server was good. Wings were great! So excited about this location opening. We ordered takeout and this has been the first location to not mess up our order in years. Our order is not complicated however there has always been something wrong (like a side missing, food ice cold, wrong sauce on food, etc.) but this location nailed it last night! Great work!
