Customer service was good and the wings were delicious! I didn't like the flavor if the Nashville hot wings. I felt like they took on a sticker, sweeter taste than the original recipe style. I’m a nurse working at MUSC here Florence and a group of us got an order together for pickup with certain expectations like properly coated boneless wings, warm food (the hospital isn’t that far), and not having to wait an inordinately long amount of time for the order to be completed. I can’t speak for the rest of my colleagues but my boneless wings and fries were cold and poorly coated. I have a BW near where I live and have never had food that looked like this EVEN when close to closing like tonight. Do better. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

The food is good ! But service is hit or miss ,went there last night service was great .The young lady was the only waitress on the main dining area .She was exceptional and very professional. Our fries were cold and she immediately grabbed us some fresh hot ones. Staffing always seems to be an issue at this restaurant, I keep hoping that management will solve this issue but it never seems to get resolved. Handed Meredith my gift card and enough money to cover the balance of the meal and a tip, a decent one. I had thought there was only $25 on the card. Was surprised that it was, instead, for $50 and after the meal I still had change left on it. There was some miscommunication somewhere or either a lack of “listening,” but she came out to the car and returned my card, with the money on it- and let me get my cash straight. I am very grateful for her honesty and would return to this restaurant just based on this interaction. The last 2 time we went in the to this restaurant is the last time we will set foot in there. By the way, we used to eat in there at least once every couple of months . About 2 months ago we walked in we waited about 5 minutes to be seated..there were about 3 tables occupied in the main dining room, so when the hostess came we asked to be seated at a booth, she said no, you have to eat in the bar area..we told her we prefer a booth, she said no, all the tables but one are high top tables ..we are 69 and 70, and getting up and down on those high chairs are not comfortable, especially when you walk with a cane. She said there was 1 table standard size but right at the walkway..we said no thank you and we walked out. Last week went back in, thought well we'll see what happens. We walk in and one worker was sitting at a booth talking with either another worker or guest. She said just sit where you would like, so we sat down, from there we were ignored. Nobody brought a menu, greeted us, or anything. I saw a little square Qr code taped to the middle of table which said order and pay right here. Problem, neither of us brought our phones in. .we were ignored for 15 minutes and we walked out...WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. Yes, I know, times are changing but not everybody is attached to their phones. When we go out to eat we do not want to be disturbed by them, and if I am expected to leave between 20-25% tip I expect to get the service to go with it. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Take that 3.4 star review that they have and listen to it and go somewhere else. I stood there for 10 minutes with nobody acknowledging me to try to get a table. To have the to-go lady say oh one seat yourself. No menu? What grab my own? And I sit down and they're out of all soda, and then I go to order and they have no mac and cheese. The wait stuff is just rude and not even paying attention and then they don't have food products on top of it !just go somewhere else! I left! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely the worse place in Florence. They were out of many things only thing they were out of everything except boneless wings and when we asked why our server told us “ our mangers have been fussing so they refuse to order a truck”. After all this we left and went to East Coast Wings and everything was so great! 10/10 recommended!
