Came in and was greeted immediately by Mitch. He was also our waiter and he was spot on! He made such everything was to our liking! Overall best Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to! First time here, ordered a pickup order. Ordered at 6:10, email said ready by 6:30. Yeah, probably not. I arrived at 6:30, waited a couple minutes to be asked what kind of pickup, and told they were packing it up. Ten minutes later they handed me my bag and I'm gone, second issue. If I'm spending $60 for two people, how hard is it to get the order right? They forgot a side salad altogether but we got the dressing, which was some weird maybe-ranch? They forgot the mild buffalo sauce on the tenders, so they were dry. My brisket burger didn't seem like brisket, and came with the fries I didn't want and the potato wedges I did in a separate container. The fries were cold. So a missing salad, missing sauce for tenders, cold fries, maybe-ranch and a maybe brisket burger. My wife liked the cheesecake. So a pretty meh experience. The person," moira". Who waited on us, was amazing, an do efficient. Had our food delivered quick, an hot. It was great. But just really liked her personal attention she gave us. our server mikel was awesome. Knew what we needed before we even had to ask. Didn’t have to ask for drink refills, checks or boxes she just came right away with them. The food was also really good! Me and my friends used to go to the buffalo in everett and we’ve tried a lot of other buffalos in the area and this is the best one by far. The wings were super saucy and the dry rubs were super seasoned, and our waitress brought them out right away, they weren’t dried out like they had been sitting a while. overall great experience! really like this place. I was a served cold French fries and a medium rare burger, but i don't know how the establishment managed to serve a medium rare burger without the customer ordering it medium rare. I also had six boneless wings with the mango habenaro, which, according to their scale, was a mild. However, it was not. Maybe I read their scale wrong. Another party member was served the wrong burger after being forgotten about for ten minutes. And waited another 10 minutes for his brisket burger, in which he barely ate. Another party member ordered the chips and nacho dip and asked not to put the Pico in it. However, they had added the Pico regardless of the customers request. Their bartender seemed like the only one doing their job correctly. Our waitress was barely around but attentive when she wanted to be. You know, when your food is not ready, some waiters/waitresses will come around and let you know of the delay and apologize. She didn't bother it and inform our guest that his food was going to take ten minutes longer than the rest of the party. Will not be returning to this establishment period. My granddaughter and I both ordered wings. She received her before my husband and I received our food. The wings were cold and had to be sent back. I received my wings after she received her second batch. My husband finally got his burger and it was the wrong one. When they finally got it right the food was good. Grandson's Burger was awesome, my son's wings were good. But for some reason mine came out 5 or more minutes after their's. And weren't good very hard plus not a very good waitress.

Hanna the bartender was unprofessional rude and very stand offish. It was very disrespectful. Made me move from the bar further away from where we originally sat. I did not get the customer service I deserved. I did not deserve to be treated that way. She was very rude and inconsiderate. She seemed bothered by the questions we had and did not want to help us. She was not listening to what we had order we got cold food and very poor service. I thought by living so close it would be a wonderful place to spend my evening but she made it uncomfortable to be there. On top on the poor service and than food. This is very disappointing. Ordered delivery for 1st time. Food showed up on time. I ordered 3 meals for my kids. Only two meals showed up. I called the store and the girl that answered didn't know how to help me. I ordered on their app. But door dash delivered. She said to call door dash. I call them but they said they can't help because it wasn't their fault a meal was missing. So they call Buffalos customer service and they said they will get Back to me in approximately 48 hours. The girl answering the phone at the resteraunt should have been able to give me a number to call or get a manager to help. The food we got was burnt and cold as well.
