Update: Still flys bothering us this most recent visit. Service and food was good. We have been here a couple of times and both were decent experiences. First visit was 5 star second was 3 star (for an average of 4). The most recent visit they didn't have a hostess and we waited 5 minutes to be seated. There were flys bugging us most of the visit. The French fries they served were from the bottom remnants. Our waitress did a nice job. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was really let down by my recent visit here. The moment we walked in, the welcome (or lack thereof) from the hostess immediately set a negative tone. It was surprising and disappointing, especially since the place wasn’t busy and seemed well-staffed. Our server, unfortunately, wasn’t much better, being hard to find most of the evening. Even when our orders were taken, it felt like we were more of an afterthought. The food didn’t quite hit the mark either; my wings were underwhelming with hardly any sauce, and my request for wedges was somehow translated to fries. We also missed out on the simple pleasure of a drink refill throughout our meal, which might seem minor but speaks volumes about attentiveness. The wait for payment to be processed after we’d finished eating just added to the frustration, stretching out what was already a less-than-ideal evening. This was by far not the standard I’ve come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings, and while I’m not one to complain, I feel it’s fair to share that this experience was a miss. If you’re looking for a more reliable and enjoyable visit, I’d suggest heading over to the Louise location instead. A week ago

This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. My family had been to other locations a few times and said the food was good. When we got there we seen it was busy and were told a 30 minute wait. We decided to wait. We watched ppl get seated who had been waiting...no problem. But then we saw ppl just coming in and getting seated within minutes. The last party who came in quite awhile after us got seated before us. After waiting another 10 minutes after the last party yout hostess who had been there most of thr time asked us if we were waiting for something. We finally had to tell her a table. She then asked for the name....and acted confused. She then said she could seat us a cple of minutes later. By this time we had been waiting for 47 minutes. Imagine our surprise when there was 4 empty n clean tables by us. No, not alot of ppl had left as we were waiting. My kids had wings and my spouse and I both got burgers. The burgers were not great. We had also gotten a to go my order that I chose to put in when we ordered, bc i didn't want another wait. The to go order was out 10 mins before our food. Our server was decent, but admittedly by the time shot got our table we already had such a negative experience. If you want to be forgotten by a rude and not so personable hostess this is the place to go. If u want greasy burgers....here u go. If u want less than subpar food, this is ur place. I cldve went to mcdonlads and got a better burger for half the price. Wont be back to this establishment and will probably not got to BWW again.
