went here yesterday around 4pm and this one male worker took our order with attitude and not even a smile. like we understand if ur tired from working but theres no need to throw attitudes on customer??? the onion rings we received was also overcooked and so hard to chew. macam buat kerja tak ikhlas pun ada. i dont know his name but please do better thankyou Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Only 1 person to take the order on the front counter and to pack all the orders for the walk-in customer and delivery (GrabFood, FoodPanda & ShopeeFood). Desperately need more staff during lunch peak. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 1–20

Today 18 Sept 2023 = 17:45hrs , 1 cute female staff Burger King, enter Main Entrance EVO Mall to Burger King station without take off the helmet, The Security duty there tell her to take off the helmet she make doesn't matter, and enter the Main Entrance like she do as she like to do, We hope that burger King Person In-Charge take seriously about this matter, it's about EVO Mall rule and regulation, Kindly please take action, Thank you. Came here last week, unfortunately I came a little bit earlier, yet the crew was being generous and politely ask me to take a sit while them preparing their stuff. The burgers here were very juicy and well presented by the crew, the fries was well seasoned. Definitely one of the best fast food restaurant I've ever been Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 20–40

Worst service, bad PR My kid cried because his burger fell down. Understood it could be so dramatic for him but some staff even make fun of him. Copying his loud grief over a burger. Went to the counter to ask which staff did that, really need an explanation. None of them did admit. They should learn how to deal with this kind of situation, not worsen it. Would appreciate if one of them asked whats wrong what-not, at least show some courtesy please Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 1–20

Actually i have order about 8pm from foodpanda i have been waited for my food till 9:3pm to proceed for my driver to take it!!!! The only solution for this to take my food that go to the restaurant and tell them that i have ordered from your restaurant and then they proceed my food to the delivery guy! I usually order the grilled chicken burer at BK just because. But today the patty was hard and dry and the fries werent hot and fresh. Seriously unhappy. BK feel free to contact me to replace my burgers. Cant be bothered to line up again just to complain.
