Needed something to munch on and rest out feet after a very long check in. Only 1 counter open at 1045pm. But a very active food crew. Food served within 15 mins. As good as it gets in this part of the woods. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Thought I'd order the most expensive burger on the Premium menu..(Triple junior whopper)unfortunately the word junior really meant kiddies burger. Look at the pictures.. if your going to put burger patties in make sure they aren't half the size of the bun.. a total rip-off. 20th Nov, 2023/ Monday 08:30 DISGRACE TO MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. This is the last stop before leaving Malaysian Hospitality. 1) Self Service Kiosk Not Working, so have to stand and wait in long queue (estimate: 10pax in front of me) with only 1 cashier working. 2) Only beverage: Cold Orange Juice, Ice Lemon Tea & Cold Milo No Hot Beverage and No Soft Drinks Reason: “Out of Stocks” 3) No Manager to ease frustrated customers, left a young lady helpless as front line. (Owners and Managers wants to make money but don’t want to uphold service quality.) 4) No Empathy (after waiting in line) Poor service attitude- “take or leave it”. 5) Large fries (refer to photo for their standard portion) Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If this is the outlet at klia domestic departure hall... I would say it served the worse burger. Supposed to be grilled chicken jalapeno, but the marinated chic wasn't grilled at all.. Just merely 2 lines of char, the rest are just about cooked chicken. Perhaps ordering it's fried chick burger would be alright. Is crazy poor service. It took 21 min to get a whopper and place didnt look super busy. I asked team leader 2 times and just got answer wait. I started to wonder if they lost my order but no clear replies. When i got the food i asked teamleader what she thought the time for a best seller in a fast food place to take. I felt like she thought i am just a silly difficult customer without a sincere recognition its probably 3-4 times too long compared with a standard turn around. The usual Burger King food quality, no issues. Food was hot and fresh. This place can get very busy on rimes I have been. Place was clean on all visits. Located upstairs in the satellite building, you can easily see it from the ground level. Escalator or lift to the 1 st Floor is available. Nice view from windows.
