CAUGHT IN THE ACT. (PHOTO) Just wanted to let you guys know this employee by the name of Sbunelo, is utterly disrespectful and rude! He is so unhelpful, while taking my order, he turns around to his "friend " serving drinks spoke to him for a bit and I had waited And i had to ask him if he is done taking a piss so he can take my order as he said he was just telling him to serve the drinks yet didn't realise I understand Zulu and told him somethingcompletely unrelated. He messed up my sisters milkshake as well, poured it into a cup as it was overfilled, then poured it back and wiped it with a dirty cloth as it spilled, the same cloth that he used to wipe the table by the ice cream machine. This is terrible. He keeps customers waiting at the order point so he can have his own conversations and let alone, the racism.. Pathetic. The peri peri fries were horrible. We threw the milkshake away because of his dirty service and no gloves while serving food pr preparing drinks. What a waste.. as an Australian, I look forward to Burger King as its the closest to Hungry Jacks but man, this was just pathetic service. I drove to Pavilion as my kids wanted to eat a burger king burger specifically. Their friends also joined us . We get to Pavilion at approx 12 o clock only to be told that they have no gas and hence are closing. Lunchtime ? On a Sunday ? This is unacceptable. Someone here needs to be accountable for the lack of management. This does not bode well for this franchise unfortunately. Very poor form. All you have done is make people support other brands. I have never eatern at burger king before.Thr cashier suggested that I get the double Large whopper meal. The burger was very good and chips hot and crispy.They say that there is a reason when a restraint/takeaway is busy .(was the busiest in the food. I am so disgusted by the terrible service from the customer service received from the Burger King team in Pavilion branch. The manager of the branch is not treating customers with respect. The rudeness I received from this branch was absolutely appalling. There is a free junior Whopper with every R30 purchase, we were told by the manager that we cannot get the free junior Whopper because we used promos for purchasing and we did not pay the full price. The rudeness was actually frustrating and the anger that was projected onto me as a customer of the store was unbearable. I always the attend the Gateway branch and the service I receive is always phenomenal. I will never enter this store again. Food: 1 Service: 1

The best burgers I’ve ever tasted. They are super generous with the sizes and you wouldn’t believe how affordable it is! Bonus is you drink as much as your stomach can handle😅 And this store is Halal compliant. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

The food was excellent. But the staff at the time wasn't. Me and my sister sort-of had minor issues with staff a member but was resolved instantly. It would be my honor to have one open up in Chatsworth center. That way we don't have to travel so far away just to get ugly staff being abnoxious. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The staff is very friendly. Even go as far as remembering faces even though my visits are weeks to months in between. The woman whom I assume to be the manager or is senior staff is uber nice to the people she works with and customers. The nuggets are very juicy and the burgers are top tier.
