The young lady that just became a manager (well deserved by the way) treated us with the upmost customer service. She was very kind, attentive, and hardworking! I have been here multiple times before and she has always had a outstanding attitude. If Burger King is your jam stop by and check them out!!! Went through the drive through and asked about any seasonal offers available. Was told to download the app for any available offers which was fine. The problem is the app was not working, it said that this location along with every location was unavailable for mobile orders. I decided to go inside to see if there was anything wrong or anything else we could do. The girl at the front counter was very nice and said the app has been on the Fritz today but offered to have a manager come help me out. The manager was polite but said the app is from a 3rd party, so they could do nothing about it. I understood that but I asked if it would be possible to order the meal advertised on the app and to match the price? He declined to do so. I'm not sure why. I wasn't being rude, and I felt that since I didn't cause this problem, maybe they would be kind enough to work around the app problem. I wouldn't normally have a problem with this sort of set back but it was late, I only had a bit of cash on me, and it was very inconvenient to take up my time, ask me to download an app that didn't work, and then have me come inside to discuss the problem only to turn me away. It was just a terrible experience all around especially with tired and cranky family to feed and a mission to find a whole new place to get a quick bite for the bit of cash I had on hand that night. I plan to delete the app and not rely on this location going forward. Hopefully things improve and that they are kinder to the next one. Service: 1

This is the best Burger King I've ever eaten at and if all the burger kings were like this they would all still be open. The man that helped us at the drive-thru it was around 11:00 in the morning. He was very nice, very helpful and very quick. It kind of seems like he was working alone and there was only one car in the parking lot. I hope not because he deserves a lot better. The food is. Decent here and the employees are nice never really had an issue with that, but get the manager Kevin some help! That man is always working hard by himself it seems like, I know the takes orders,makes drinks,gets sauces and napkins in the bag,runs the drive thru register,and bags the food up! God knows what else this guy does? Where are the other employees if any? I just want to be able to get my food within 10 min max! Especially a mobile order! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Got my order wrong. I came back and wanted to show them my ticket and have my burger remade. It took a while, which was ok, but they handed me another burger to get me out of the line, and the burger was nowhere near what I had ordered. How disappointing. We were given 4 unsweetened teas when 4 sweet teas were ordered. No sweet and sour sauces were given in any of the 4 kids chicken nugget meals. Sweet and sour sauces were asked for the chicken fries and we were given 2 BBQ sauces. I made the enormous mistake of ordering through the app.. and just as enormous of a mistake choosing this location... not that any location is good.. but. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal with onion rings and a sprite. Onion rings were cold, not cool but cold when I got back to work at 71st and Elm, barely a 5 minute drive away... I special ordered my double bacon cheeseburger with light mustard add onion. So.. ketchup, light mustard, pickle and onion.... what I received was a small single patty cheeseburger with onion, lettuce, pickle, onion with only heavy mustard. Knowing most restaurants require you to bring back the incorrect food for a refund. I did just that. Used my last few bucks to go grab something different and went back with my food, and even the drink. Called probably 6 times, nobody answered any of the times. Went back, food in hand, and they refused to refund my money because I ordered on the app.. but I had already requested a refund through the app and only was offered a $3 coupon towards my next order.. the store offered to remake my meal, and fave me a refill on my drink since it was all melted.. but the young lady in the back made my remade sandwich wrong, and didn't put the bacon on it as well. Huge waste of time and money... and that's why they are all slowly closing. The lady manager was at least polite and explanatory on why she refused to refund my money.. the male manager or shift lead with long braids, not at all. I was an inconvenience to him after waiting nearly 10 minutes for him to come out of the restroom. It was all a mess. Fairly quick, the food was exactly what I ordered, the customer service was surprisingly good considering that they were short staffed to the point where they have reduced hours in their lobby.I would give 5 stars but the food wasn't very hot, I enjoyed it very much but it could have been warmer. I just now got out of the drive-thru and I haven’t even tried the food, but I’m giving a 5-star review just because of how friendly the guy who helped me was. His name tag was partially worn off, but I think it said Antonio. He went above and beyond, and even commented on my fresh tattoo, lol. Service: 5

Super slow service every single time. I live in the neighborhood behind this store & never eat here b/c it's always a 15 or 20 minute wait. Definitely Not fast food
