This restaurant serves fantastic food. It also has a great price if you have a coupon. If not, you're more likely to pay double the amount - see my receipt below (no coupon). The staff works hard to serve you, but they often forget sauces for my chicken nuggets. I have to go inside and ask for them. Don't be fooled. This is a Melt according to the restaurant. I ordered the bacon melt and the first only had sauce and came out like a double cheeseburger. This was the remake and it has 2 slices of bacon. Improvement, but not a $6 double cheeseburger did I ask for. Rest was solid. Good service and atmosphere. Service was good. They were pretty busy but it didn't take too long. First time ordering via the app, went well. Burger was good, fries were OK just not my favorite. Food: 4 Service: 5

I was very hungry waited in a long line and ordered a fish burger meal at Burger King. When I arrived home 6 minutes later my fish was cold so I microwaved it 15 sec. To my surprise the fish was thin and overcooked. The fries were excellent. I may order something new there next time since Service there was excellent! Service Take out

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries at drive through. The guy handed me the bag. Inside I only saw 2 medium fries and 1 sandwich. I looked through the drive through window and now saw 2 workers. I guess one guy is about to leave work and the other is taken over for him. The new guy looked at me and seemed confused why I did not drive away. The guy who gave me my order finally realized that I found out that he only gave me 1 sandwich and told the other guy to hand me another chicken sandwich that was in another smaller bag. I didn’t know at that time but now I know. The guy was hoping that I didn’t check my order before driving away. He was planning to eat the sandwich that I bought himself. Crazy. If u drive tow truck do not eat here they barely speak English and the food u get is not hot at all.like it’s been sitting on the counter for hours place is a wast of time and money…. It used to be ok but now it is DRIVETRHU ONLY AND USUALLY TAKE 30 to 1 hour wait ALL TO GET A RUSHED MEAL BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE COME HERE ONLY IF ITS YOUR LAST OPTION ALSO UBER EATS DRIVERS AND DOORDASH DRIVERS CANCEL ORDERS HERE ALL THE TIME BECAUSE OF THE WAIT

Two times in a row I went to the Burger King in Federal Way, Washington on 348th and Pacific highway and both times I ordered the Texas Whopper that normally has jalapeno peppers on it except these two times there were no jalapeno peppers. The first time I went through the drive-thru I specifically asked for jalapeno peppers and there was none on my hamburger. The second time I went through the drive-thru I let them know that there were no jalapeno peppers the first time and the guy that took my order specifically said, "oh, don't worry sir, we'll make sure there's some on this burger for you, and there were no jalapenos. I went thru the drive thru tonight. The bun on my Whopper Jr was as dry as a saltine cracker, however my order was accurate and the staff (Michelle and Sandra... had to ask for their names) were very friendly. I have to assume they have poor management (Martha) judging by a posted sign in the window shaming employees. I think management should look at their operation style and get their act together. It isn't cute or PROFESSIONAL to SHAME your employees publicly. From 20+ years in the management field whether fast food, offices, or fine dining, you should be ashamed of yourself!!
