Very very clean establishment!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very good and food was quick!!! Burgers were great and kids loved the red “Spider-Man “ buns !! My mom order a burger she said no cheese on it and the lady put cheese on the burger so my mom told them she wanted no cheese so the lady took the visible cheese off and gave it to my mom so my mom checked it again and there was cheese my mom wanted her money back and they made another burger and gave it to my mom I checked it. the leydis goin bad like brown

Update! Came and tried this BK again after 2 years and the cashier was super friendly I believe his name is Moises. Will definitely come back when we’re visiting this side of town. Food was really good! Old post from 2 years ago: Waited around 15 min to place an order employees/Manager never acknowledged us. Left without ordering anything. Manager doesn’t even care about customer service!!!

Ordered 2 wooper meals with cheese with mustard. Could barely understand the women in the drive through. Got meal way to fast and when I pulled around and checked the order was mayo instead of mustard. So I scraped off mayo. Then burger was ice cold. What happened to made my way and fresh? FOR AS MUCH AS I SPENT FOR 2 WOOPER COMBOS I EXPECT FOOD TO BE HOT. Next time I will go to Whataburger where I know food will be fresh every time. Will not be going back to this location.
