Just left this Burger King and my order was incorrect I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with bacon and Swiss cheese and this is what they gave me. Highly upset!!! We waited 10 mins to order and then had to pull around to the door to wait for this rush job of an order. The guy making the food was on his red cell phone so clearly he was distracted. I tried to call and they would not answer the phone also. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the absolute worst place that I have ever been to. I went to this location on a Sunday Nov 23, 2023. They make you wait 15 minutes to place an order there was a whole line outside when you talk of customer service 😂😂😂 This place is laughable. If you try calling this location the line is busy, you can everything about this place is worse. Disgusting service and food. I look at these nasty things they gave... I want a refund. Tomato on my chicken sandwich had a big green hard spot and they only put a small slice of tomato. At whataburger I can extra tomato with no extra charge. Tables were dirty and they didn't give me any napkins. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I am very clear with my orders… I am a fellow SI fam, so I understand frustration behind the counter. I understand a first time person learning the ropes. But when you can’t even understand a very clear order… repeat and try to help…then the manager come in and is rude… not the way to run an establishment. This Burger King needs a mature and qualified manager and not a rude little girl on her high horse. If I could give 0 stars I would.. get it together guys. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location of Burger King SUCKS!! First the lady taking orders can’t even hear like huh huh huh?! Like bish shutup and open ur dang ears then I get to window my order is wrong she missed half of it and then paid I look at my receipt and still wrong!! Then they give me my food I’m missing multiple items I tell them and I have to wait a good 20minutes for it then they give me said items and they are still wrong!!! So I’m waiting another 15 minutes!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!! By the time I got home my food was cold and soggy !! Disgusting !! LAZY A$$ EMPLOYEES ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!!! while I was waiting the fata$$ bish who took my order is just chomping away on food instead of doing her job what a joke this Burger King is horrible !! What these servers will try to do sometimes, when you order food, sometimes they will add something you don't ask for on purpose just to charge you extra money. I know this cause it's happened to me everytime I went to this burger King. For example, this happened to me 3 times, I will order 2 burgers with a SINGLE paddie, they'll make it a double without saying anything. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I have absolutely loved the impossible whooper ever since they have launched. I agree it's a bit expensive compared to in-n-out's secret vegan/veggie burger but it does come with that delicious patty though and they're clearly bigger. They're fries are so-so but I'm there for impossible whoopers only ♥️

I had my first Impossible Whopper today. Today is the day I realised I can turn vegetarian. Not that I intend to, but I can. I never believed the Impossible claim, but today I am a convert. It tastes exactly like beef. It's a little early to comment on the health and environmental impact of this veg-meat, but on the taste and mouth feel it is everything it is touted to be. As you can see, this review is all about the Impossible Whopper. This is the first time I am going to a Burger King in years. This is the only only reason I'll go back too. This the only reason the rating is four stars. Otherwise it would have been three. Service was subpar. The guy behind the counter had no clue what he was doing. He kept asking for help. The printer didn't work. And I doubt he has ever smiled in his life.
