November 26, 2023 around 8:30pm. Customer service was horrible. The guy at drive-thru could not hear us and rather than trouble shoot or asking us to drive to the window (no one else was there but us and a car behind us) he kept complaining and saying “I can’t hear anything you’re saying”. We continued to raise our voice volume to help him out. Once at the window, the guy repeated our total and decided to never speak again. When we asked for confirmation, like “Is this Sprite?”, since our order was large, he was mute. When we asked if that was everything from our order, he nodded his head and walked away. Not sure whats happening, but this Burger King is not worth your time or money. Food was also dry and burnt and fries were not salted at all. They gave ma a burnt burger and when I asked them to get me a new one, they said they couldn’t do that. They were so rude to me and they said that the burger should be burnt. I do not recommend you to come to this place. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely the worst customer service around. Why is it that everyone in this area seems to be just miserable when working? Waited over 30 min for Burger and some fries. Will not be returning. No wonder the parking lot is empty. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Food quality was good, but service was slow and with attitude. Maybe they have short staffing issues. Mid morning - lobby register not ready, coffee not made, no please or thank yous, or sorry for the wait. Patronage is not appreciated here. This burger king is up and down with food consistency. I will say the last time we were there, we used the family meal coupon. It was a pretty good value in today's climate. The meal consisted of 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries. They had us to pull up and I know we were there for 15 minutes or more waiting on our food. Honestly, I wondered if they had to kill the cow, but the burgers and fries were the best from them in years!! Their consistency reminds me of the Forrest Gump movie. You remember when Forrest said it's like a box of chocolates. You never know what you going to get. :)

Pretends to be closed past 11PM, despite Google and their website saying 12. Car is still in parking lot, lights are on, and they won't answer the phone or drive through. They will sometimes, but I have never seen anyone get food past 11PM. I closed as a manager in food service for a year and a half, but I never did this and I would especially never do it to people who order paid in advance. Good food, when you can get it.
